     The purpose of this study was to study the status of intellectual capital and its improvement solutions in Khuzestan Water and Power Organization. The research method was Explanatory explanation. The survey, for the quantitative part and content analysis used for qualitative part. Participants in the small division of all staff members of the organization who were selected in a(BASED ON) targeted category. and were in the qualitative section of senior executives aged 15 and over The tool of this research was questionnaire and interviews and analysis of documents. In the quantitative section, the Bontistis standard questionnaire was distributed. The reliability of this questionnaire was translated and used by Aghajanzadeh /.89 And in this study /.79 Was obtained. In qualitative part of the method, targeted sampling was used and semi-structured interview was conducted with twelve managers. The interviews were analyzed by qualitative content analysis method. Quantitative findings showed that the mean of respondents' scores on the existing status of relation, human and structural, the of the expected mean were more. Also, the qualitative findings indicate that the indicators of relationship capital and human the in the organization have a relatively good status in the organization. Ultimately, solutions such as identifying staff talents and optimizing their capabilities, having an appropriate program for employee succession and a comprehensive customer relationship management system were presented.

     the aim of Current research Recognizing the Ways of Employees Empowerment Toward establish learning Organization in Khuzestan Pegah company. The Method of this reaserch Was mix (qualitative_ quantitative) is an exploration type. Study Population included All employees of Pegah Khuzestan company in volume in 250 People. In quantitative Section, using random Sampling Method and Cochran Formula, 152 People Were Selected as the Sample. In the qualitative Section of the reaserch, 10 Managers of the Company Were Selected using a Targeted Sampling Method and an interview was Conducted with them . to Collect Data, the reasercher_Made questionnaire of Ways empowerment employees with reliability (0/97) and the Standard questionnaire of senge's Learning Organization With a reliability (0/79) was used . Data Were analyzed using exploratory Factor analysis, One Sample T_Test , Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. Finding of the research Showed: 1) the identified Empowerment Ways of pegah's employees include Management Actions , Self_Education , Motivational Arrangements , Performanc Management, and Education. 2) the Empowerment approach of Pegah Khuzestan company is a Cognitive approach. 3) Pegah khuzestan Company has a relatively good Position in terms of the Components of the Learning Organization of Senge (except the the Mental Modle). 4) the empowerment employees of pegah Khuzestan hase significant effect on the Level of Learning Organization 5) Among the Ways of Empowering Employees, only Self_education , Motivational Arrangements and Education have a Significant effect on the Level of Learning Organization.


  19. ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه مهارتهای نرم دبیران

    The aim of the research, manufacture and validation of measuring soft skills teachers in Ahvaz. For this purpose, a questionnaire containing 51 items was prepared and selected on 300 teacher who were selected by cluster sampling method. Then the collected data were factor analyzed and thereby a measure soft skills teachers, including 7 of the 49 substances were extracted. The scale 8 of the first factor (Mhat¬Hay Correlating), 10 of the second factor (learning and information management skills), 7 of the third factor (leadership skills), 6 of the fourth factor (solving skills solving and critical thinking), 7 of the fifth factor (teamwork skills), 8 of the sixth factor (moral and ethical professional skills) and 5 of the seventh factor (entrepreneurial skills), respectively. The results of the questionnaire reliability using Cronbach's alpha of 84% (for the seven factors of 85%, 89%, 83%, 92%, 93%, 81% and 96%) were calculated. In order to validate the construct validity of the questionnaire were used. All of questionnaire validity was high. them.


  20. شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کارایی هنرستان های دخترانه شهر اهواز

    The purpose of this study was to identify Effective factors on efficiency of girls Technical and vocational schools (TVS) in Ahvaz. The research method in this research was mixed metod (qualitative-quality-qualitative) Sequential asynchronous pattern. The statistical population includes all students, trainees, administrators and managers of girls TVS in Ahvaz, in 2th semester of 1394. For sampling, using Morgan Table, (1970), 132 teachers and 295 students were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire with reliability coefficient (0.83) and an interview were used to collect information. By analysis fctor, 3 factors obtained. Among factors influencing efficiency, the first factor, individual- personal factor was 34/233% of variance, The second factor, social factor, is the 14/507 percent variance, The third factor, economic factor, explains 5/239 % of the variance explained. Also, the results of Friedman's correlation test showed that the individual-educational factor with a mean of 2/ 59 in the first priority, An economic factor with an average of 2/02 in the second priority and a social factor with an average of 1/39 in the top priority.


  21. بررسی چگونگی گمارش مدیران مدارس در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان لالی

    This study aims at how schools managers have been appointed in Lali schools and it is quality project as a matter of nature and the method of information collection. The method of study analysis is based on data basis theory and in it, open, radial and selective coding are used. So, data collected from interview, coding and a category are chosen for pivot of this study. Then, other categories were extracted and at the end, paradigm pattern of this project was structured. Participating in this project were 30 people of schools managers, safeguard and monitoring managers, assistants and instruction experts of Lali education who were chosen in the form of target sampling. On the base of results, public and special and stimulus conditions were recognized. Ethnic has effect on schools managers as a key category. Method which are used by Lali education, control and law movement and just paying attention to law and yielding in front of political elements have had bed effects. At the end, it can be said that lack of political leadership is the main reason of Lali education problems.

    This study aimed to Comparative study of effective factors of successful and unsuccessful students in the entrance examination in Khuzestan Province 1394-1393 years. The purpose research aspect is in the area of "Applied Research" and its method and nature aspects are mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative). The Research population in qualitative part consisted of 10 experts and 3 succes and 2 unsuccess students. To determine the sample size in this section, The desirable cases choice method was used. In other hand, sample random sampling method was used in quantitative part, so 380 were selected based on Morgan table. Qualitative data derived from semi-structured interviews so (LPQ) & (CEQ) and researcher made (Iranpour, 1389) questionnaires were used for quantitative data. For date analysis, interviews inductive content analysis was used and One way Anova, independent T, Mann–Whitney U test used for quantitative data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant difference among the successful and un successful students in all of the individual factors, educational factors, and family factors. Also we can categories success factors that includes: individual factors, educational factors, family factors, Environmental and cultural conditions.


  23. بررسی آمادگی شرکت پالایش گاز ایلام جهت پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش

    Abstract:
    The main objective of this study was to evaluate readiness Ilam gas refinery to implement knowledge management system. Mixed method was used. Questionnaires and interviews was composed of two sequential steps. Two questionnaires were used in this study. Inventory dimensions suited 7s McKenzie (Abdolfattah, 2013) and knowledge management questionnaire Jashpara (pholld, 1393). Its validity was confirmed through content validity and reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha 7s McKenzie 0/97 and knowledge management questionnaire was calculated Jashpara 0/94. Statistical population of this were (240) of Managers and employees of Ilam Gas Refinery that selected with using simple random with via Cochran formula, that were 148 managers and employees. For the analysis of quantitative data, descriptive statistical techniques (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and in the statistics for the tests, the one-sample t test was used. Also in section qualitative research, in addition to a bit of a Press Briefing semi-structured test was used. purposeful sampling was conducted qualitative interviews with 10 managers and researchers reached theoretical saturation. To analyze data qualitative content analysis method was used. The results showed that all dimensions of the organization (strategy, systems, staff, skills and values) were in a relatively favorable level, and after that the surfaces structure and Management style and culture was undesirable. As well as all components of knowledge management (creating, storing and organizing and applying knowledge) levels were satisfactory and only the component of knowledge sharing was at undesirable level. The following causes and solutions to improve the situation organization and each dimension of KM from the perspective of managers is expressed. Finally, the organizational aspects and components of knowledge management for the implementation of a knowledge management system is in a relatively good level.
     


  24. بررسی عوامل موثر بر توانمندسازی پرستاران بیمارستان بزرگ نفت اهواز

     This study examines the relationship between organizational structure, leadership, organizational learning, diversity of of human resources and teamwork with the empowering nurses of large oil hospital of Ahvaz. The information of the study is collected by researcher-made questionnaire with 6 sections and 62 items were collected. The population consisted of 418 nurses in large oil hospital of Ahvaz that 210 of them were selected using simple random sampling and Morgan table. The study is based on the purpose and descriptive correlational. In this study, using multiple regression and Spearman correlation test and software spss all the research hypothesis was confirmed.


  25. شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی شهروندان منطقه 4 اهواز

     The aim of this project was identify and prioitize the educational needs of the citizens. Statistical community of this study fromed by all citizens residing in area 4 Ahvaz metropolitan that is a total of 200000 persons. Sampling this research was multistage cluster. Data collection tools was made by interview and researcher questionaire. Eventually questionnaire distributed and collected among people 385 sample. After exploratory factors analysis, questionnaire items were on there main factors. Obtained factors named were in the names of vital individual factors, skill factors and social enviroment factors. Findings show that vital individual factors for the citizen of area 4 Ahvaz have of more prioity and respectively social enviroment factors and skill factors were in next stages.


  26. بررسی میزان آمادگی برای مقابله با زمین¬لرزه در مدارس متوسطه دخترانه استان ایلام (دهلران و مورموری) در سال تحصیلی ۹۵-۹۴

    The main goal of the present study was to investigate the level of preparation to deal with earthquake in secondary schools in Education department of Ilam province in two (Dehloran and Moormoori) regions. Research methodology was mixed method- embedded design. Questionnaire, interview, and check list have been used as the tools of research. In this study, in the quantity section, two questionnaires, which one of them was the research- made questionnaire, were used. The reliability in Faramarzinia et el., (2014) questionnaire was 0/80 using Cronbach's alpha ,and the research- made questionnaire reliability for students , teachers and principals were 0/80 and 0/90, respectively. Statistic population in this study included all principals, teachers and students working or studying in female secondary schools in Ilam (Dehloran and Moormoori) in (2015-2016), among whom 291 from students and 91 from teachers were selected using a simple random sampling and Cochran formula. In order to analyze quantitative data, descriptive statistics methods (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and in inferential statistics to test the questions, (single-sample t-test and ratio test) methods were used. In the qualitative section of research, the method of sampling in interview was full enumeration in a way that each of 8 school principals was interviewed. For the qualitative data analysis, the method of content analysis was used. The results of the research shows that the students, principals, and teachers were relatively favorable prepared to deal with the earth quake, However, this readiness hasn’t been enough and there is a need to improve the students and teachers in two knowledge and skill dimensions. It is possible to improve these two dimensions by holding the maneuvers and continuous, targeted, and practical training. In Quality section, the results showed that the managers deal with factors (managerial, financial, and educational)in order to plan and allocate the resources to deal with the earth quake. Also, In respect of the physical dimension (strength and building safety), schools have an undesirable situation.


  27. ارزیابی عملکرد واحد آموزش و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی شهرداری کلانشهر اهواز

    This study aimed to evaluate the performance of human resource education and empowerment unit in the municipality of Ahvaz, based on six indicators for evaluating the education performance (ISO 10015). The purpose research aspect is in the area of "Applied Research" and its method and nature aspects are in descriptive-survey researches. The Research sample was 200 experts of Municipality were selected with stratified random sampling model. Descriptive and inferential statistics used for data analysis. In the qualitative study, purposeful sampling and homogeneous methods were used and have interviewed with 10 specialists training experts in the municipality. Content analysis, open and category coding was used for data analysis in the qualitative section. According to experts evaluate, the mean rating performance of education and empowerment human resource unit of Ahwaz Municipality was 1316/845 from total 2000 points. The training needs assessment was highest score of the index (263/610), and the lowest, due to the characteristics of the equipment, facilities and organizing (171/685). These results indicate that there is a gap between the status quo and the ideal situation in education department of the Ahvaz municipality.


  28. بررسی فرهنگ سازمانی با به اشتراک گذاری دانش درسازمان آموزش و پرورش

    Abstract: The main purpose of this research was study the organizational culture on knowledge sharing in the education organization of Arjan Zone in shiraz. The search method w mix method and performed in tow stage questionnaire and interview. In this research in quantitative part used two standard questionnaires organizational culture AGIL Parsons (Hamidy, 1382) and questionnaires knowledge sharing behavior Raja and Chennamani (2012). Their reliability through kronbakh’s Alpha؛ reliability Parsons organizational culture questionnaire was 0.88 and knowledge sharing behavior questionnaire was 0.94. Statistical samples in this research were Principals, staff and teachers of education organization of Arjan who were chosen via assample society and by formula Cochran ؛207 persons of 450 persons. For the purpose of quantitative data analysis descriptive statistic (Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation) and in the inferential statistics for the purpose of testing the research questions (analysis variance ANOVA, correlation, Multi Regression) were used. Also In the qualitative part of the study semi-built interview was used. The sampling method in part interview, was of intentional and after interview with 10 Persons were Principals, staff and teachers, the researcher reached theoretical satisfaction. For the qualitative data analysis of content analysis was used. The show results that average of organizational culture overall (x= 87/15) a little higher than the supposed average (x= 84) and the average of knowledge sharing (x= 76/81) was lower than supposed average (x= 96). Furthermore, regression result show that component conformity and unity impact from organizational culture on variable knowledge sharing. Also notice the results from interview culture obstacles which impact in knowledge sharing consist: distrust, non-undertaking, disaffiliation, lack of support from management and lack of organizational culture which support.


  29. بررسی شکاف انتظارات اجتماعی با محتوای برنامه درسی رسمی دوره ی دوم ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان و والدین دانش آموزان

    The Main purpose of this research was investigation social expectations gap with the content of the official curriculum of primary second period from views of teachers and students parent. The research method was mixed method in type of explanatory. Participants were the all teachers and student parents primary second in Andimeshk city. In the qualitative part of the research, purposeful sampling method was used to select the appropriate items along with 12 members of teachers and 15 members of students parent of primary second. Semi- structured interviews were conducted which were later analyzed through qualitative content analysis method. Then, in the quantitative part, on the basis of Cochran, were selected 192 subject teachers and 348 subject parents and questionnaires were distributed by using Multistage random sampling. For quantitative data analysis were used descriptive statistics (mean and std.diviation) and Inferential statistics (independent- samples T-test and spearman). Questionnaires content- related validity making researcher were confirmed with 3 members of shahid chamran university. the overall results was showed that there is gap between current formal content of elementary books and social expectations. Social expect by students achieve basic public education; creativity, art, aesthetics, moral reasoning; life skills and also, developing the citizenship skills and culture; developing communication with another social skills and endure kind of ideas and life styles.


  30. مقایسه کارآمدی آموزگاران شهرستان دشت آزادگان بر اساس شیوه های به کارگماری آنها

     Without doubt, teacher’s effectiveness is an important measure of success of the educational system of any country. Achieve to active and creative learning and academic achievement of students is subject to dynamic and efficient teachers. So, according to the teacher’s efficiency and the impact that can have on students' academic achievement, use of efficient teachers is one of the important issues that the country’s education system should consider. So, the aim of the current study is a comparison of teacher’s effectiveness in DashtehAzadegan city based on their recruitment method. This study is considered as a casual – comparative one and for its data collection, the researcher’s questionnaire, which included three general dimensions of the teachers' personal, training, and mental traits, has been used. The current study sample consisted of 974 teachers teaching in the academic year of 1395-1394 in the city of Dasht-e Azadegan in the elementary schools that have been selected with a sample stratified random method with 276 persons. To analyze the data of this study, one-sample T-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test has been used. The findings of this study showed that the average efficiency of teacher training centers, literacy movement and tuition are higher than average and have a good efficiency. While the average efficiency of teacher's soldier is lower than average efficiency and therefore had a poor efficiency. Results also showed that teachers that selected from teacher training, in three general dimensions mentioned, are more efficient in comparison with other teachers.


  31. بررسی میزان انطباق آموزش‌های هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای با نیازهای آموزشی صنایع کوچک شهر اهواز

    The main purpose of this research was a survey on the consistency of technical and vocational training institutes with the needs of small industrials of Ahwaz city. The resaearch method was mixed in type of exploratory. interviews was used to collect qualitative data from and survey methods were used to collect quantitative data. Participants included managers, specialists, managers of industrial estates and art students of technical institutes and professional Ahwaz city. purposive sampling methods were used to select desired items in qualitative part, and with 10 managers and experts industrial estates, semi-structured interviews were conducted. The results of which were small industry training needs that were extracted. Then, in the quantitative part using 75 census managers and teachers of technical and vocational schools revealed and between managers and experts from the industrial town of 120 people were selected by simple random sampling. At first, self-designed questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0/91 and validity that was confirmed by faculties of Educational Sciences department, destributed between them. then 10 questionnaire in the form of training needs given to the managers and experts in industrial estates. The results showed that, there is no adaptation between technical and vocational training institutes and needs of small businesses of Ahvaz city. so to solve of this problem, is proposed small-scale industry at the micro level are being educated and evaluated policies in the field of technical institutes and vocational training tailored to small business needs change and professional disciplines of technical institutes and industrial estates are consistent and coordinated with industrial activities.


  32. تاثیر آموزش مهارت حل مساله بر پیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضی پایه دانش آموزان پایه پنجم

    The present Study has performed with the aim of the effects of the problem solving skills teaching on the math achievements of fifth grade students. In this quasi-experimental research with the design of nonequivalent groups, three primary girls` schools from three different economical-social regions of Dezful" uptown, city center, downtown" were selected randomly, so that in each school, two fifth grade class were selected. At random a class was considered as the experimental group and the other one as the control group. The number of the students in each group was65. The experimental group was taught six sessions of 45 minutes according to problem solving skills and the control group was only given problems to practice more. The measuring instrument, was a descriptive researcher made test that implemented in two steps (pre-test and post- test). This descriptive 20 scored test included 5 main question .Each question included 4 minor questions that assessed components such as comprehention,selection strategy, calculation and the assessment in the way of Georg Polya`s problem solving. The validity of the test was investigated by referring to a number of experts in education and was confirmed and for investigating the reliability of the test, the key answersheet and Pearson correlation test was used that the value of this coefficient was calculated 0/81To analyze the data from the study, univariate and multivariate analysis of variance was used T test for independent group was used to compare the achievement scores of the control group and the experimental group at the end of the year.
    ANOVA analysis used for the comparison of the problem solving skills` scores of the three groups uptown,city center,and downtown.
    . The findings showed that the mean scores of experimental group had a significant increase in the pretest in regard to post-test ; while the mean scores of the pre-test and post-test of the control group had no significant difference; therefore, the findings of the study with the sure of 95% indicated that teaching problem solving skills has a significant positive impact on the students achievement.
     


  33. شناسایی عوامل موثر بر میل به جابجایی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان شوش

    The main goal of this study was to Identify the factors effected on trend of transferring in shush Education staff. To this end the researcher conducted an interview with the participant whe were willing to transfer in order to elicit the main reasons behind their decision. Based on their elicited answer and other factors and the researcher conducted a questionnaire with the number of 59 items on his participant whom were 110 individual which were selected randomly from a pool of teachers who submitted their request in the intended website for transferring. After that the researcher sorted the factor into 3 main groups namely, organizational factors, environmental factors & personal factors. Then the gathered data were analyzed so as to find the 4 main effective factors. In analyzing these factors the researcher come up at 38 items which were in turn sorted as 11 items for the first factors (Social factors), 11 items for the second factors (Organizational factors), 10 items for third factors(Management-supportive factors), and 6 items for the forth item( Motivational factors). The result of the observed reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using the cronbaque Alpha and was found to be 0/801(for the Social factors 0/841, Organizational factors 0/852, Management-supportive factors 0/861, Motivational factors 0/511). In calculating the validity of the conducted questionnaire the questions were read by the experts of the field and the questions were found to be satisfactory & valid. Finally, according to the interviews and the result obtained from the conducted questionnaire, it was revealed that specific factors could be the reason are behind the staff transfer. Following there are some pedagogical implications proposed that adhering to them could decrease the number of job transfer requests.

    The aim of this study is to investigate the capability of high school managers of area 1 in Ahvaz based on fundamental transformation document of training & education.
    The research method used in this research is synthetic. Its statistical population consists of high school managers and teachers of area 1 in Ahvaz in 1393-1394 academic year. For an accurate estimate of the statistical sample, in the quantitative section, 300 managers and teachers using Morgan table were determined. To select the sample size, simple random sampling method was used and in order to interview in the qualitative section, samples were selected using chain sampling (snowball).
    To collect data, a resaercher-structured questionnaire in the quantitative section, and semi-structured interview in qualitative section was used.
    To questionnaire validity, content analysis method by professors of Ahvaz Shahid Chamran Univerity was used and the reliability coefficient of questionnaire was 87.0 using Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis in the quantitative section, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in the form of software SPPS & in qualitative section, qualitative content analysis was used.
    Some of the most important results and findings of this study are:
    The manager capability for managerial skills (human, technical and conceptual), cost management skills, responsibility and accountability skills according to the fundamental transformation document of training & education is above average.
    Generally, managers of area 1 in Ahvaz don’t have necessary skills in the field of training & education realization.
    The causes of manager capability for human skills are: managers measures to justice establishment in schools, manager attention to teachers altitude & position, appropriate and effective communication of managers with teachers and students, manager preparation for the group activities formation in schools, informal climate in schools, manager infrastructure for teachers participation in decision-making and transparent & reciprocal expectations of managers and teachers.
    The causes of manager capability for responsibility and accountability skills are: manager measures for the school stakeholders satisfaction, managers trying to earn training fame and prestige than other managers, self-efficacy beliefs among managers and strict standards for evaluating the managers performance.

    The aim of this study was a descriptive study evaluating goals in the second period from the perspective of primary school teachers in the academic year 94-1393 Aligoudarz city. This study done by mixed method, including quantitative and qualitative methods. The data in quantitative research were collected through questionnaire "attitude of teachers about the goals of qualitative- descriptive evaluation" and in quality part, were collected using semi-structured interviews was used to analyze quantitative data, descriptive and inferential methods. Thus, the statistical methods used in the descriptive analysis of frequency distribution include mean and standard deviation, single sample t-test was used to analyze the qualitative content analysis. The population is consisted of all teachers in the grade fourth, fifth and sixth in Aligudarz town's primary school. A total of 130 questionnaires were distributed and 35 were interviewed by census method with purposive sampling, in order to expand and increased the scope of the analysis more descriptive qualitative evaluation plan. The results of the research tools (interviews and questionnaires) indicates that in general, from the perspective of primary teachers, descriptive evaluation is favorable impact on the realization of the goals, improve the quality of student learning, emphasis on education purposes rather than on content The books provide an appropriate basis for the removal of absolute sovereignty final exams and improve the mental health teaching-learning environment. Twenty-oriented culture of the students were evaluated only to eliminate undesirable. The findings from the interviews were identified by analyzing the advantages and drawbacks of descriptive evaluation. Finally, according to the findings of the study were given guidelines and suggestions for improving the program described in the qualitative evaluation of a qualitative, descriptive evaluation purposes

    The main goal of this study was the study of organizational agility from viewpoints of faculty managers in Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz. The research method was a mix method. The survey, for the quantitative part and content analysis used for qualitative part. The participants were all managers and assistants of faculties and university in that contains 92 managers. Tools were questionnaire and interview that the little two questionnaires were distributed among the 92 selected. Using Cronbakh alpha reliability of both questionnaires measured the amount of 92/0, 74/0, respectively. In the quality section, purposive sampling used to select the desired mode that contains 8 of managers, deputy director of the Department of faculties and Chamran Ahwaz University. Semi-structured interviews were conducted. The interviews were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The quantitative data showed that the mean score of capabilities and enablers (in all components) were low average, and only in the information technology components of the empowerment were relatively desirable. The qualitative findings suggest that the variables of usability and empowerment are not in good condition. Drivers of agility at the 4-part technology changes, the needs of students, competition, the complexity of the environment and financial constraints were identified. Due to identify the drivers at the need for agility training, communications, and human structure was confirmed. At the end of the 4 sections agile in university management factors, technology, and financial incentives were identified.


  37. ساخت و اعتبار یابی ابزار سنجش مهارت‏های 7c تریلینگ در دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز

    The main purpose of this research was to construct and validite the Trilling`s 7c skills assessment in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The sample was selected with using proportional stratified sampling, whom were 350 undergraduate students selected. A questionnaire that containing 69 items was prepared and distributed. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis. A Trilling` 7c skills assessment consists of 7 factors and 50 items were extracted. In this scale, 13 items sets on the first factor (Career & learning self-reliance), 8 items on the second factor (Communication & media Fluency), 10 items on the third factor (Collaboration, teamwork & leadership), 5 items on the fourth factor (Critical thinking & problem-solving), 6 items on the fifth factor (Cross-cultural understanding), 4 items on the sixth factor (Creativity & innovation) and 4 items on the seventh factors (Computing & ICT fluency). Rliability obtained 94% by using Cronbach's alpha (for the seven factors, in order: 90%, 90%, 88%, 77%, 82%, 61% and 73%). In order to validate of the questionnaire, construct validity was used.Validity of the questionnaire was high in all of questions.As a result, can be said that the whole questionnaire, measures the trailing`s 7c skills and have the appropriate of reliability and validity and factors that obtained from factor analysis can measure 7c Trilling skills in appropriate ways.

    The main objective of this research is to identify implementation problems of documenting the experiences of Ahvaz school principals. To achieve this objective, was used from the continuous mix study method of the exploratory type. The population of the study included all public school principals of Ahvaz in both elementary and secondary grade in the 2015 - 2016 academic year. First, in qualitative section were discussed the analysis of existing circulars and documents related to documentation of experience in the education organization and then was collected information with semi-structured interviews with 14 school principals to achieve theoretical saturation. After qualitative section data analysis with qualitative content analysis to inductively method, identified factors to the problem of implementation of the principals were classified in the four categories of corporate culture, individual factors, organizational factors and relationship factors. To collect quantitative data was used from the researcher made questionnaire. Questions of questionnaire were developed with documents and circulars issued by the Department of Education as well as based on interviews that the researcher had done with school principals. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a group of university instructors. Reliability of the questionnaire is obtained by Cronbach's alpha 0.949 and split-half method 0.904. Resercher made questionnaires were distributed between 227 public school principals of 2 and 4 Ahvaz areas who were selected randomly. After exploratory factor analysis, the items of the questionnaire were placed on five factors. Agents obtained is named attitudinal factors, personal factors, organizational factors, relationship factors and management factors respectively. Finally, based on the factors identified, field instruments and their components, produced and presented a model

The aim of this study was to investigated the relationship between organizational culture (collectively, development, hierarchical) and leadership styles (transformational, transactional, non-intervention) and job satisfaction from the viewpoints of faculty members of Jondi SHapuor University of Ahvaz. The aim of the present study,was the application and the nature of the data quantitative. In terms of data collection, is descriptive correlation.Sampling the study, Class random sampling is proportional to size of the population 366 And tools for data collection are questionaree. Questionnaire was Standard and its validity and reliability is approved The population of the study is Jondi SHapuor University of Ahvaz and sample is the number of the 366 faculty members of Jondi SHapuor University of Ahvaz. The data analysis was performed with SPSS, Lisrel. The results show that culture coolectively and culture of developmental has A significant positive impact on transformational, transactional. While this two culture has not significant influence on the non-interference of ledership style. Hierarchical leadership style has negative impact on transformational leadership, while it has positive impact on non-intervention and has not negative impact on ransactional style. On the other hand, By creating collectively, development, job satisfaction will be increases. Culture hierarchical does not impact on job satisfaction.

    This study was done to evaluate the effectiveness of empowerment courses on nomads primary school teachers of IZEH through inservice traning in academic year 1393-94. This evaluation was performed based on the first and second Kirkpatrick models. This study, was mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) extrusion. This territoryof this research includes all the IZEH nomands primary school teachers in the academic year 1393- 94 of which there are 152 people, in the quantitative 110 teachers were selected. randomly sampleing method was used in the quantitative part & purposeful sampling method in the qualitative method was used . In this study, we used two questionnaires and interviews. Finally, 100 of them in the questionnaire used in the study Shirzadi (93), the reliability coefficient is calculated (0/73) has responded, and 15 people were interviewed. Findings from questionnaires and interviews with nimads education officials and teachers showed that the strengths and weaknesses of the these courses are: strengths include knowledge, increasing skill, gain insight, adequence teacher with new skills of knowledge and information and engage with each other, exchange ideas and strategies for better classes handling, weaknesses include short time in courses and hold it in classes, lack of educational media, run courses at the unpropirate time inappropriateness educational courses needs of nomadic teachers, teachers' lack of knowledge, lack of content presented in courses be updated. The results showed a positive reaction to learners show training coursers,the rate of learning and students' knowledge assessment good and training courses had been quite successful moderately in this regard. In interview, teachers emphasis on teaching methods to hold teaching methods courses and multi-base classes and accompany whole teachers in it. in totality, IZEH elementary school teachers organized by nomads education was satisfactory.

The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize criteria on teachers sample selection based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique and methodology of this study was descriptive.Populotion of this research consist of 11 proffessors and 15 member of educational groups that was purposed target for Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study consisted of two parts; In the first part, teacher selection criteria samples were obtained from 11 professors of Ahvaz teachers university in three steps and using the Delphi technique, In the second part, of this criteria are weighted used 15 Khuzestan education leaders opinion. The results of the first part included 24 sub criteria that divided in three parts knowledge, skills and attitudes (manners). Knowledge Criteria included 6 sub-Criteria, criteria skills including 14 sub and attitude Criteria (character) contains four sub criteria . In the second part the results of the Local Priorities calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were as follow: Knowledge:0/238, skills 0/625, Attitude (character): 0/136. inconsistency factor is 0/02 for the three categories and for all 24 sub criteria is 0/06.

Also, Humanities skills determinant factor Compared to Technical and conceptual skills. There is a difference significant Between Humanities and conceptual skills both successful and unsuccessful managers.     The study aimed to investigate the problems of the humanities curriculum in three main aspects: objectives and contents, process and outcomes.The methodology was Grounded theory in qualitative method by content analysis tool; open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used in this method. To this purpose, the collected data by interviews were codified and one category was selected as an axis. Then, some other axes were selected based on the results of the interviews and paradigm pattern. Participants in this study included 18 humanities faculty members of Shahid Chamran university who were selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through interviews. The bigg problem curriculum obtained: “The centralization imaginary” on the humanities curriculum development. Four categories: relative goals and content with individual and community needs, mismatch goals with specific skills , poverty of theory and indigenous knowledge, and lack of skill making have been identified as categories causal. Strategies used by faculty members in front the “centralization imaginary”, were avoidance approach adopting . The basic and interfacing condition which influence on this strategies include: cultural factors, political factors, the lack of a clear policy on the development of educational systems and the selection of students, lack of use of modern methods. The outcomes of such strategies led to: poor vision, poor cognitive skills, evidence-oriented, and unemployment.

    1. The purpose of this study was to investigate the "retention factors condition from employees and managers 'viewworking in the ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz". An integration method (qualitative and quantitative) was used for this investigation. The population is consisted of the whole employees (N=850) working in the faculties of the university. Of those, 260 people were selected by using the random sampling method based on Morgan sample size table and 20 employees were interviewed. The tools gathering the data were interview, review of documents and records relating to employees and managers retention and researcher-made questionnaire, which its reliability was obtained by Cronbach Alpha 90% and its content validity was confirmed by respective professors based on questionnaires: (1) motivation (2) standard of promotion(3) work-life balance(4) job enrichment (5) learning(6) organizational atmosphere (7) peer relationship. The data analysis was conducted statisticallyat two levels of descriptive (mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage) and inferential (one sample test, variance analysis, Scheffe post hoc test (LSD) Cronbach Alpha). The results showed that the condition of individual and organizational factors influencing the employees' retention are highly desirable o findings, amongst the factors, the promotion and motivation means were the lowest and and expectable, except for learning ( training course) and job promotion and reward. According thighest respectively. The degree of significance of retention factors test (job enrichment, work-life balance, motivation, promotion and learning) was less than 0.05.

To reach this goal by using random sample, 130 of personnel and managers were selected and the questioners was studied by content analysis method, then 30 interviews was done on the basis of the questioner for all managers and some of personnel (in Snowball method), in all Health department subsets.
    The questioner was retrieved from Saber 89, Organizational Culture questioner of Dennison and guidelines of Ministry of Health, the reliability computed by Cronbach alpha was 0.92.
    Organizational communication between managers and personnel was discussed from five dimensions (Structural-Contextual-Individual-Natural-Human communication). The results showed organizational communication between managers and personnel wasn’t favorable (t.value=3.5) but in other four dimensions, the organizational communication was in expected degree.
    The findings showed that contextual dimension had the least and the individual had the most mean between all dimensions.

    The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of public health, safety and environment Khuzestan Steel Company with the Halton transitional pattern. The study sample included 7,500 employees and 85 supervisors Khuzestan Steel Company.
    The objective of the research instruments used in this study, a combination of qualitative and quantitative tools, including: Czech List questionnaire, pre-test, post-test and the interview.
    To conduct research and closer examination of all participants in HSE training to all supervisors of the participants were 275 dead, 62 people were in the first quarter of 1393.
    Czech lists and questionnaires in the field of knowledge, attitude and skills of pre-test and post-test was adjusted by researchers.
    Content validity is based on the views of managers and specialists in training and operational units were assessed. Czech reliability by Cronbach's List 0/ 96, respectively. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha 0/ 93 well as 10 interviews, of which 5 interviews with supervisors and 5 interviews with the staff.
    After analysis of the results showed the public health, safety and environment in the field of knowledge, attitudes and skills have been effective.
    The results of the interviews, most supervisors and employees on this issue agreed that the holding of public health, safety and environmental impact of improved organizational results and increase the knowledge of staff a big difference.
     


  48. بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر اجرای مدیریت دانش از دیدگاه مدیران و کارکنان شرکت فولاد خوزستان

    The main purpose of the study was to investigation effective factors on implementation of knowledge management from the perspectives of Steel Khuzestan Company on the managers and staff. The employed method was mixed the comprised of two consecutive implementation phases: questionnaire and interview was used. In the quantitative part of the study two researcher-built questionnaires were used. Questionnaires’ validity was verified by fictitious validity and reliability was calculated through kronbakh’s Alpha formula; reliability of knowledge management adapt questionnaire (Jashpara) was calculated 0.92 and that influent factors make researcher questionnaire was calculated 0.95. Statistical samples in this research was Steel Khuzestan Company on the managers and staff who were chosen via random sampling and by means of kerjcie and Morgan Table; 261 persons (44 managers and 217 staff) were chosen as the sample of the study. For the purpose of quantitative data analysis descriptive statistic (Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation) and in the inferential statistics for the purpose of testing the research questions and hypotheses, Simple Linear Regression, Multi-variance enter and Two-way, one way ANOVA) were used. In the qualitative part of the study, in addition to the quantitative test, semi-built survey was used. The sampling method in part interview, was of purpose-built and after conducting a survey of 15 managers and staff, the researcher reached theoretical satisfaction. For the purpose of qualitative data analysis content analysis was used. The results of the study showed that all the factors (cultural, organizational, personal, and technological) have tangible effect on the implementation of knowledge management and there has been no difference among the perspectives of Steel Khuzestan Company’s managers and staff in terms of the effects of these factors on the implementation of knowledge management. Among the variables that affect the implementation of knowledge management, participation in decision-making, share knowledge culture, manager’s support and guidance, rewarding system, the structure commensurate with knowledge management, understanding the knowledge management, and management of data-base have not been at the desirable level. The reason for above mentioned deficiencies was the existing problems faced with these variables. In contrary, variables such as learning culture, trust-based culture, instruction system, motivation, software and hardware were at the desirable level.

    Abstact:
    This study has goal of investigating the relation between organizational culture and tendency to change in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz’s personnel. Through the samples in 2013-2014, 265 samples have been selected on the basis of Morgan and Crejecy table as main samples. The method of investigation in this thesis, according to goals and subject is correlation descriptive method. We used three different questionnaires. Reliability coefficient of Hofsted’s, Handy’s and tendency to change’s questionnaires are 72%, 76% and 78% respectively. The results show that among features Hofsted of organizational culture, the only feature that is relative to tendency to change is avoiding from high/low uncertaint Patriarchy/masculinity, individualism /collectivism and high/low power distance features have not any relation with tendency to change of personnel. Also, Between the Handy’s features: club culture, role of culture, task oriented culture and culture of individualism, no feature has relation with tendency to change.
