    The purpose of this study was to find out the extent of adaptation of the Training programs of the Institute of Research and Training for Sugar and Related Industries Development of Khuzestan with the Standard training ISO10015 to identify and resolve the existing gap between them. The method used in this research is a Sequential Mixed Methods (quantitative-qualitative) and data were collected in a qualitative section by interviewing and reviewing the training documents of the institute and in the quantitative section using a researcher-made questionnaire. In the quantitative entire staff of the institute, people 30, has been censused and selected as the research sample. Also, in the qualitative section of the experts and staff of the training unit and the intermediate managers of the institute, 12 people, were invited to interview. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.974. To analyze the results in the qualitative section, the content of the interviews was analyzed and in the small part, T-test was used. The results of the study showed that the training programs in Institute of Research and Training for Sugar and Related Industries Development of Khuzestan did not meet the ISO 10015 educational standard requirements at the stage of training needs assessment, training implementation and training evaluation and the training unit should increase its abilities at these stages; But the training planning and design, and monitoring and improving the training process stages have been consistent with the ISO 10015 standard.


  13. اثربخشی آموزشی رشته مکانیک خودرو در هنرستان های فنی حرفه ای و کار و دانش

    The overall objective of the present study was to explore the educational effectiveness of automotive mechanics in vocational & technical vocational schools and work & knowledge schools. The statistical population includes all students, technical tutors , workmen and supervisors attending the vocational & technical vocational schools and work & knowledge schools of Behbahan city, as well as all the vocational & technical vocational schools and work & knowledge schools of 2nd district of Ahwaz city in the field of automobile mechanics in 1996-96, and also, graduates of this field over the past 10 years, which are approximately 650 people. Of them, 150 people are students in the field over the past ten years, with 25 students are including tutors, supervisors and professors and 35 are employer members. Because of small numbers of students in Behbahan and 2nd district of Ahwaz, all of them was selected as the sample. Morgan table was used for sampling students and 80 students were selected as samples. Using convenience sampling method, from the graduates, a sample of 90 people were selected. A total of 170 people were selected for quantitative section of the research. A number of employers, tutors, principals, supervisors and professors, were also selected in a targeted and convenience way until reaching saturation stage, as a sample for the qualitative research section. The research instrument in the quantitative section is an Educational Effectiveness Questionnaire (researcher-made) and in qualitative section is a researcher-made.
    For data analysis, descriptive statistics (including mean-standard deviation- frequency of subjects-the minimum score and maximum score) and inferential statistics including single-group t-test in the quantitative section and content analysis in the qualitative section were used. Based on the quantitative results of this research, the content of the curriculum is not in line with the needs of students and graduates and the objectives of the discipline, and the method of implementation of the curriculum and the final usefulness of this discipline (satisfaction, employment and continuing education) was not desirable. In the qualitative section, confirmatory interviewing instruments and content analysis method were used to explain quantitative data and the factors not effective educationally of auto mechanic were found, and were placed in the three aspects of intra-organizational, extra-organizational and individual. These results were then explained and the conclusions were drawn.
     


  14. بررسی رابطه نوع ساختار سازمانی با اعتماد سازمانی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان و اعضای هیأت ‌علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

    Abstract
    The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the type of organizational structure with organizational trust and professional ethics of staff and faculty members of Azad University of Kohgiluyeh . The statistical population of the study consists of all the staff and faculty members of the respective universities. Respondents were selected using by stratified sampling method.250 employees were selected as samples. Also, due to the low number of faculty members (totally 135 people), the census method was used and all faculty members were selected as samples. The research instrument consisted of three questionnaires: organizational structure type (Torkzadeh and mohtaram, 2011), Organizational Trust Questionnaire (Chace et al., 2007) and Ethics Questionnaire (Ghasemzadeh, 1393). The data analysis method was conducted in descriptive and inferential sections. In the inferential part of (multivariate regression) was used. The results and findings of this study showed that: 1. from the perspective of staff and faculty members, the type of organizational structure prevailing in Azad universities in Kohgiluyeh is a Hindering structure. 2. The Hindering structure predicts components of organizational trust, with the exception of (integrity component).3. The Hindering structure does not predict the components of professional ethics, with the exception of two components (honesty and sympathy with others).
     


  15. بررسی همسویی دوره‌های آموزشی پرستاران بیمارستان نفت اهواز با سنجه‌های اعتباربخشی مراکز درمانی ایران

    The purpose of this research was to Investigation of the Conformity of Training Courses for Oil Hospital Nurses of Ahvaz, with Creditation Cevitera of Medicinal Centers of Iran. The research method was exploratory mixed. The statistical population in the quantitative section included 185 nurses of Ahwaz Oil Hospital that were selected by census and in the qualitative section included all the caretakers of the Ahvaz Oil Hospital that were selected using a targeted sampling method of 9 people as an example. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire for assessing the effectiveness of Homayounnia's training courses (2005), test of measure of employee knowledge, two skill assessment checklist and semi-structured interview. Quantitative data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test and qualitative analysis of data using content analysis method. The results of quantitative analysis showed that the effect of educational courses at the Ahwaz Oil Hospital on knowledge, attitude, skill, and integrated learning areas were desirable which reflects the alignment of training courses with the accreditation measures of medical centers in the country. Also, the results of the content analysis of the interviews showed that factors such as the use of experienced and experienced professors in training courses, the appropriateness of the content with validation measures, the emphasis on the applicability of the contents of the content provided in the training courses, the use of new educational technologies, the applicability of training courses For nurses, timely planning of training courses and the presence of postgraduate experts in educational management, educational planning and educational technology has been effective in training and assessment in aligning training courses with accreditation measures in the country.


  16. ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزشی برون‌سپاری شده در یک شرکت وابسته به وزارت کشاورزی

     Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced training courses in a company which is affiliated to the Ministry Of Agriculture. In this study, by using the Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, required data were collected at four levels. The method used in this research was intertwined mixed method ( quantitative, qualitative, quantitative ). The study population consisted of employees participating in outsourced training courses. In the quantitative sampling method was used for census. In the qualitative interviews 15 person were selected through purposive sampling favorable. Required data were collected through: questionnaire, assessment scores, performance evaluation form, interview and check list. For quantitative data analysis one sample T-test and chi-square were use and, for qualitative data analysis three steps coding method was use. Findings indicated the effectiveness of courses. In conclusion of quantitative results of this study and the results obtained , the effectiveness of response was 8/33 percent, the effectiveness of learning was as much as 16 percent, the effectiveness of treatment was 25/27 percent and the effectiveness of the results was 34/1 percent. Indicator of the overall effectiveness of training courses as well as obtained 83/7 percent, which this amount represents the ideal situation of courses and the effectiveness of outsourcing training courses in companies affiliated to the Ministry of agriculture. Therefore, cooperation with educational institutions and training outsourcing, by removing the shortcomings based on people high satisfaction are recommended.


  17. بررسی رابطه بین اثربخشی دوره‏های آموزش ضمن خدمت با موفقیت کارراهه شخصی در یکی ار سازمانهای وابسته به وزارت نیرو

     This study aimed to investigate the relationship between In-service trainings programs efficiency with staff career Success in one of power ministry organizations. The purpose research aspect is in the area of "Applied Research" and its method and nature aspects are mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative). The Research population in qualitative part consisted of 10 experts in Ahvaz power & water organization. To determine the sample size in this section, The desirable cases choice method was used. In other hand, stratified random sampling method was used in quantitative part, so 290 were selected based on Morgan table. Qualitative data derived from semi-structured interviews and Gattiker & Larwood (1986) and Homayonia (1384) questionnaires were used for quantitative data. For date analysis, interviews inductive content analysis was used and Person correlation, regression and repeat measure ANOVA used for quantitative data analysis. The results showed In-service trainings programs efficiency except of interpersonal success, have positive relationship with job success, financial success, hierarchical success but trainings programs efficiency cannot improve individual performance in their career.


  18. تأثیر سبک‌های رهبری بر سکوت سازمانی و هویت‌سازمانی معلمان در مدارس ابتدایی شهر اهواز

    The main purpose of this study is understanding the impact of leadership styles on organizational silence and organizational identification of the teachers of primary schools in Ahvaz City. As the purpose of the research purpose, this study is theoretical - practical and as data collection is type of descriptive survey of correlation. The population consisted of all primary school teachers of Ahwaz city employing stratified random sampling method, 361 participants were selected based on Morgan table. Standard Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) of Bass & Avolio (2000), organizational silence questionnaire Vakola and Bouradas (2005) and organizational identification questionnaire of Cheney (1983) were used as the tools to gather information. With Using Cronbach's alpha reliability, leadership questionnaire 83/0, organizational silence 86/0 and organizational identification 95/0 Obtained. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation, regression and step-by-step linear regression) were used. Results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between the components of transformational leadership style and organizational silence. There is a significant positive relationship between the components of transformational leadership styles and organizational identification. There is a significant positive relationship between the components of transactional leadership style and organizational silence. There is a significant positive relationship between the components of transactional leadership style and organizational identification. There is a significant positive relationship between the laissez- faire leadership style and organizational silence. There is a significant positive relationship between the laissez- faire leadership style and organizational identification. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational identification and organizational silence. The leadership styles except transactional leadership style are able to predict organizational silence. Between leadership styles, transformational leadership style will only be able to predict organizational identification.


  19. بررسی رابطه گرایش مدیران آموزش و پرورش اهواز به تیم سازی با ویژگی آینده‌نگری آن¬ها

    Abstract:
    This study aimed to investigate the relationship between team buildings tendency of Ahvaz education department managers with the characteristics of their Foresight. The purpose research aspect is in the area of "Applied Research" and its method and nature aspects are in descriptive-survey researches. The Research population are expected to be all Education managers (administrators, Head of Department, Office, Assistant and General Manager) in Ahvaz. Because the study population is limited so the census method was used. To collect the data, a researcher made questionnaires were used. The questionnaire face validity was approved by this thesis advisor and experts, after that, the questionnaires reliability confirmed with alpha Crohn Bach. For date analysis, the methods of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics methods (simple linear regression, ANOVA and Pearson analysis) were used. The results showed, there is a significant relationship between team-building tendency of Ahvaz education department managers and their foresight, and there is a significant relationship between team building subscales (formation team; involvement of people; cohesion and implemented) and their foresight. As well as there is a significant relationship between team building tendency of Ahvaz education department managers and strategic thinking, strategic planning and self-efficacy.
     


  20. بررسی سازنده گرا بودن محیط یادگیری، رویکردهای تدریس و ارزیابی اعضای هیأت علمی در دانشکده های فنی- مهندسی و علوم پایه دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز

     This opplied research, is conducted using mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) to determine the constructivis level of learning environment, teaching and evalvation approaches of faculty members in science and engineering schools. among undergraduate classes of semester, 6 and 8 (2015-2016) by stratified random sampling, 367 undergraduate students and 146 faculty members of the bolh schools were selected. 20 classes in a 60-minute session were observed. Based on classroom observation form, a set of cooperative behaviors of students were recorded. A semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 faculty members who had responded to teaching approaches and evalvation questionnaires that. Tools used in this questionnaire were Constructivist Learning Environment Survey (CLES)(α= %89), the questionnaire facultres, teaching and evalvation approaches(α= %82), and classroom observation form. The results of quantitative part of the study suggest that students have not evaluated their classes, environments as constructivist. From the perspective of the students, teachers use teaching-oriented approaches and organized evalvation approaches in their classrooms and application of their knowledge. Faculty members prefer teaching – oriented approaches and reproductive evalvation approaches. Moreover, there is a significant relationship between teaching-based and reproduction evalvation approach, learning- teaching and applying knowledge. From the perspective of the students, there is 0riented significant relationship between teaching approaches and constructivist learning environment. However, there is no significant relationship between evalvation approaches and constructivist learning environment. From the perspective of faculty members, there is no significant relationship between teaching and evaluation approaches and constructivist learning environment. Moreover, there is significant difference between the mean score of students' perception of teaching and evalvation approaches of faculty members and their perception of teaching and evaluation approaches. In the qualitative part, faculty members see the constructivist classroom to have bilateral relations, using concrete examples and applications (connection with life), the possibility of discussion and dialogue with peers, critical expression, uncertainty, and so on. They see scientific expertise of the faculty members in the subject, the participation of students, transfer of information from teacher to student and so on as effective in the choice of teaching approaches and elements of perception and understanding, reforming teaching methods, retaining, and recalling information in the evaluation approaches.


  21. ارزشیابی اثربخشی دوره‌ی آموزشی مکرام با استفاده از مدل بازگشت سرمایه‌ فیلیپس در یکی از شرکت‌های تابعه‌ی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب

    The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of educational OCDLS program Aka"Makram" in Maroun oil and gas production Company. The company is a subsidiary of National Iranian South Oil Company. In this study, the data necessary to calculate the return on investment OLCDS curriculum, using the valuation model Phillips, were collected at five levels. The method used in this study, was mixed. In the quantitative research methodology quasi-experimental with pre-posttest experimental intervention that Solomon was conducted in the form of four groups. The study population comprised 638 staff of Maroun. Sampling was stratified random sampling. In the qualitative sampling method was targeted. Four groups of 15 individuals in two experimental groups and two control groups were selected to run the program. Four of supervisors' participants in the experimental group were selected for interviews after the OCDLS program. A total of 15 instruments, 13 of which were used for quantitative and qualitative two of them, And validity of the tools studied and were evaluated before the intervention at an optimal level and during it. 5 questions were raised in the research and study done in order to answer these questions. The results showed that the OCDLS curriculum at the reaction, learning, application, business impact and return on investment were effective. Cost effective and financial benefits derived from the program were calculated when implementing the program. The results showed that the return on investment, a year after the run is at least 398.6 percent in the company. This result suggests that simply taking into account the monetary value of time savings and job creation in the process, nearly four times the cost of the training program, after a year of dating.


  22. بررسی نگرش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز درباره ی دوره های دانش افزایی دینی

    This explorative mixed method (Qual-Quan) was conduected for investigation of faculty members, attitudes in Shahid chamran university. About religious knowledge raising courses. Using interview with 22 faculty members that purposfully had been selected, and compeleted researcher-made questionnaire (alfa = ./86) by 205 members that had been selected by classified randomly sampling metod, data were collected. The results showed that means scores of all three components (necessity, effectiveness, manner of course) were not significantly different with expected means. Also quantitative data were indicated that only significant differences was found between attitude score about component of manner of course of faculty members with different academic ranks.


  23. بررسی تأثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم هوش سازمانی بر فراموشی هدفمند و چابکی سازمانی در بخش ستادی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز

    The aim of this descriptive (correllational) study is survey the direct and indirect effect of organizational intelligence on purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility in staff part of Shahid Chamran university of Ahvaz. Among the staff of this part of university that were working through the years of 1394-95, 140 persons was chosen randomly through classified sampling method based on Cookeran formula. In order to collect data, three questionnaires ware used: Organizational Intelligence (Albrecht, 2003) (α¬= .97), Purposeful Organizational Forgetting of (Mahmoodvand, 2014) (α¬= .90), and Organizational Agility (Verly and Laverler, 2010) (α¬= .95). The results showed positive significant relationship between organizational intelligence and purposeful organizational forgetting. The maximum correllation is belonged to the factors (avoiding bad habits and appetite for change) and the minimum correllation is belonged to the factors of (alignment and congruence and unlearning). Moreover, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational agility. The maximum correllation is belonged to the factors (spirit and shared leadership aidentity) and the minimum correllation is belonged to the factors (congruence and unlearning and adaptable designs). According to survey the intermidial role of purposeful organizational forgetting between the organizational intelligence and the organizational agility was survied using structural equational and Boot Strop method. Therefor these results showed the slight but powerful intermediate role of organizational purposeful forgetting.

    Due to the increasing role and importance of “Technical & Vocational” schools in preparing human resources at the pre-university level, the continuous evaluation and development of their quality is inevitable. Hence, the purpose of this study was the evaluation of “Technical & Vocational” schools located in the city of Ahvaz through employing the CIPP evaluation model. In other words, finding out the beneficiaries’ (learners, teachers, managers, and graduates) points of view about the context, input, process, and the output of such schools in Ahvaz using the CIPP model, was the main objective of this study. This applied research was considered as a descriptive survey with respect to the data collection methodology. The population of the study included all the students, teachers, and managers of Technical & Vocational schools of Ahvaz.
    The randomly selected sample included 357 students, 159 teachers, 20 managers and 22 graduates from these schools. The sample size was determined by "Morgan samples table". For the data gathering, first the most authentic indicators from available indicators in Ibrahimi (1387) Questionnaire were chosen. Following this, to gain acceptable reliability among these indicators, their nominal credibility was evaluated, for a second time. The validity of the questionnaires through Cronbach's Alpha was estimated to be 84%, for managers, and 92% for learners’ and teachers’ questionnaires. In order to grading questionnaire items, a 5-valued Likert scale was used.
    Research findings showed that according to four dimensions of CIPP model, beneficiaries (students, teachers, managers and graduates) viewed the educational conditions in technical & vocational schools to acceptable. The attitudes and satisfactions of beneficiary groups showed that the efforts to develop vocational and technical training in Ahvaz was a success to an acceptable extent. It was seen that the contextual factors of Technical & Vocational schools were the most desired among other ones. However, the conditions regarding the equipments and amenities, a mismatch was found between the needs of the schools and the available equipments, which affects the quality of teaching and presentations. Finally, even though the descriptive statistics including mean showed some degrees of satisfaction with respect to the beneficiaries, there seems to be a need to take actions based on the modern educational approaches and the current market demands for the improvement of the contextual factors including the input, process, and the output of such schools.

    Abstract: overall purpose of this study is to evaluate the attitudes and perceptions of students and those Master in agriculture fields from Ahvaz University toward their field curriculum in Acquiring job skills, career expectations and employment chances. The present study is an applied one in term of goal and is a descriptive-survey and correlation in term of nature. The population is consisted of the whole current students and those have received an M.Sc degree in agriculture fields (N=274) from five departments of agriculture faculty of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz within 2008-2012. With regard to the subject of interest and the number of population, the samples were taken by census and in turn the whole students and the graduated were selected as a sample. The tool gathering the data was a questionnaire developed by Moghadam (2013). It contains 52 items measuring 6 subscales (attitude toward field of study, improvement of theoretical knowledge, improvement of practical knowledge, effect of university on study, professional development, view of society. The face validity was used to assess the questionnaire validity and also the Alpha Cronbach was used for evaluating the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.89). To analyze the results of first question, the descriptive statistics including frequency and percentage was used. The regression-inferential statistics were employed for measuring the questions 2 trough 7 and the multi-way analysis of variance test was utilized to evaluate the questions 8 to 11.The analysis of results indicated that nearly 33% of job skills variance of students and the graduated is explainable through study of their attitudes and career expectations. The results showed that there is a significant and positive correlation between the graduated and students’ perception of theoretical lessons and their job skills. Also, the correlation test between the two variables of perception of lessons and attitudes toward practical lessons and the acquired job skills showed that there is a significant and positive correlation between the two variables. There is also a high correlation between the graduated and students’ perceptions of theoretical lessons and academic attitudes. In spite of a significant correlation between perception of the graduated and students toward practical lessons and career expectations, however, this correlation for theoretical lessons is low. Also the results showed that there is no significant correlation between male and female on attitude and career expectations.

     


  27. بررسی عوامل مؤثر در تعاملات آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز با اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان خوزستان

    This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the influencing factors oneducational and researchinteractions betweenShahidChamran university of Ahvas, and Education organization of Khuzestan province. Using mixed method (qualitative - quantitative), the data was collected by interviews for qualitative section and questionnaire for quantitative section. in quantitative section, 55 of 80 faculty members with acceptable reach formal experiences of educational and research administration and also 50 experienced managers of Education organization whom selected purposefully (chain method) compeleted the researcher built questionnaire. Then the interviews were conducted with, 34 participants of selected sample. Reliability coeficient of questionnaire was (a=0.96). The results identified seven factors. The first strongest factor: was educational quality with factor load (0.94), and other respectedly included: organizational structure (0.92), management and decision making(0.84), have strong effects on the interactions between two institutions. Human resource s with the factor load(0.74) and economical factors with the factor load(0.81), have the lowest effects on these interactions. The qvantitative results showed that there are not significant differences between two groups of participants, points of view about the effects of seven factors on the interactions.

    Training during service will be one of the most important elements for managers in order to confront with environmental changes and if they purposefully perform and codify in the line with actual needs of employee, can play an important role in order to improve an organization toward learning organization, in addition to enhancing organizations and employees' operations. The main goal of this study is about employees’ attitude of Ahwaz Distribution Company toward effectiveness of educational and training courses and their relations with components of learning organization in company. In this study, Descriptive method was used in order to achieve mentioned goals. For this purpose, data were collected from 100 personals of Ahwaz distribution company such as employees, managers and assistants by using two standard questionnaires (homayounfar and neif) with Cronbach's Alpha (0.96 and 0.83 , respectively) which have Relatively good and suitable reliability. It can be said that either simple or random sampling methods have been used during this study. According to different descriptive statistical methods such as frequency، average, percentage, and Inferential statistics such as T-test and Regression, consequences between all the effective Components of educational courses, one component of organizational support will be able to prognosticate components of learning organization. It can be said that there is no significant relation between other training components and learning organization

The method of this research, was qualitative. For analizing data, it was used qualititative Content analysis with open coding. The datas which collected from interviews, were coded and categories. Participants (N=22) were the faculties of the universities such as: Shahid Chamran, Shiraz, Tarbiat Modarress, Kharazmi and the personnell of Education Organization and Farhangian Universities in Ahvaz, Shiraz and Tehran were selected purposefully.Totally, there were indentified four view of points (agree with higher education, agree with Education organization, conditioned agree with both, and agree with new structure). finally , related to curriculum of teacher education , for perspectives (content knowledge, gererally educational knowledge, educational knowledge with training and the first program for heginnig teaching were suggested. These perspectives support from division of missions and tasks between higher education and Education organization.<br /> </p>

     The main purpose of implementation current inquiry, survey of the relationship between organizational culture and its components with knowledge management components in the secondary schools and the office of education mamasani Nurabad city. methodology of survey and type of correlation researches. the statistical population consisted of this research 201 employees office of education is mamasani Nurabad and managers of secondary schools. considering to limited the population size, the census was attempted. in other words, the number of samples is equal to the total The statistical population. the data were collected using from Nonaka and Takeuchi knowledge management questionnaire (1995) and Robbins organizational culture questionnaire (1991). in order to the data analysis, First provided by using descriptive statistics including frequency and frequency percent, demographic characteristics of the case study population, and then was used of mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum amount of data to assess organizational culture and knowledge management. also, to investigate the questions research was used of pearson correlation test, stepwise regression, analysis of variance and t tests a single group. the show results that the lower than of desirable index the mean knowledge management in total (X= 2/94) and the mean of organizational culture in general (X= 2/85). furthermore, the showed results of stepwise regression analysis that have been able to predict changes in knowledge management of integration, leadership, communication patterns, identity, risk taking and control dimensions.

    This descriptive and applied research was conducted mixed method (qual – quan) for identifying external accountability gap of higher education from the viewpoints of academic society of Shahid Chamran university and labor market representatives in Ahvaz city. In quantitative phase, 176 faculty members of Engineering, Science, and Agriculture colleges were selected by stratified random sampling method. 21 senior managers and experts of 9 economic organization were selected purposefully to interview for qualitative phase. Mozaffariʼs questionnaire (2012) which includes 47 questions was used in quantitative phase. surface validity was confirmed by faculty members and scholars. The reliability of this questionnaire using Cronbachʼs Alpha was 0.96. After analyzing the results, to ensure the reliability of them, supplementary semi – structured interviews were done with to other faculty members. The findings indicate that from the participants, Shahid Chamran university is unable to communicate well with stakeholders and there is significant differences between the ideal and current status in external accountability. In sum, the accountability of this university for external stakeholders (society at all) is poor.

    This research investigated about”Evaluation of Monitoring performance of Elementary school’s managerAnd its relationship with job motivation of teachers schools year 2013-2014 in Andimishek City.“Methods of this research is describable –survey. The population includes all of elementary teachers in Andimishek that they’re about 380 people that choose 191 people random as sample. For collecting information was used three kind of questioners. That one of them is based 5 rate Likert to evaluate monitoring performance of managers with 28 questions and another one with 4 rate Likert to evaluate motivated teachers with 11 questions. Stability of monitoring performance of mangers questioners are 0.87 and stability of motivated teacher questioners with Cronbach’s Alpha formula are about 0.95.Tool’s vitality approved by honorable experts and professors of university. A collected givens analyzed with utilization of descriptive statistics similar average, standard deviation and also deduction statistics similar independent T-test ,the correlation coefficient of Pearson, Multiple regression and also one way Variance analysis .Results demonstrated that monitoring performance of managers in human dimensions-socialism and educational- professional hasn’t appropriate position ,but organization-office dimensions has suitable position. There is meaningful relationship between monitoring performance of managers and three dimensions with motivated teachers .In middle of three dimensional of monitoring performance of managers .Only education –professional dimension has meaningful effect on motivate teachers. There is meaningful difference between average of grades in male and female teachers and monitoring performance of managers and grades of female teacher is more than male teachers. So we can dedicate that schools managers had necessary science and proficiency qualification and could achieve to principles, substances, methods and their related to monitoring and educational guild and motivate job, and make reasonable relation between activities and dimension of monitoring.

    Abstact:This study has goal of Investigate the situation of organizational learning in schools Bahmaei city and its relationship with work ethic and teacher’s organizational commitment. Through the samples in 2013-2014, 280 samples have been selected on the basis of Morgan and Crejecy table as main samples. The method of investigation in this thesis, according to goals and subject is correlation descriptive method. We used three different questionnaires. Reliability coefficient of Organizational Learning, Work Ethic and organizational commitmen questionnaires are 89%, 81% and 81% respectively. One sample T, Pearsons correlation coefficient and multiple regression by using Stepwise and Enter method were employed to analyze the date. The results of the analysis included.
    1.OL look Bahmaei city schools teachers were not desirable.
    2. work ethic of teachers in city schools Bahmaei looked good condition.
    3. organizational commitment and its components is not desirable from the perspective of teachers.
    4. work ethic with a commitment to the normative organizational commitment and its components has significant relations.

  34. بررسی ادراکات آموزگاران دبستان‌های شهر اهواز نسبت به بالندگی سازمانی در آموزش و پرورش و حمایت سازمان از بالندگی در تدریس

    Regarding to the importance of organization development and its role in shaping much of the organizational behavior in individuals, the objective of this research is investigating the relationship between perceptions of elementary school teachers in Ahwaz about organization development in Education Organizationand its support for the development in teaching. The research method was descriptive of correlation type. The population size was 2813 subjects, and sample size based on Cochran formula is257 persons, which were selected byrandom sampling.The Data collection toolswere questionnaire of organizational development and researcher-made questionnaire ofteachers' perceptions about the organizational support from the teaching development, that questionnairesvalidity was specified by content and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) and reliability was determined using the Cronbach alpha coefficient whichits results forall of organization developmentquestionnaire components of teamwork and, adaptation, organizational combination, information and personal characteristics were0.97; 0.91; 0.88; 0.92; 90/0 respectively,and also for all the questionnaire of support from development of teaching and component development in teaching method, design and evaluation were 0.93, 0.87, 0.68, 0.86 respectively. Data obtained using Pearson correlation, regression, single group t-test were examined. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationshipbetween organization development and its components withdevelopment in teaching. Results of Multiple-regression analysis showed that among the sub-components of organization development,the sub-components of teamwork and informationare able to predict perceptions of organization from support fromdevelopmentin teaching. Also, The t-test results showed that organizational development is moderate but is far from the optimal point.

    Change in any field is applied to improve the current situation. However, changes are always accompanied with strengths and weaknesses. The Present study tries to structural factors and individual training centers and independent schools to consider. Themethod of thisresearch is mixed.Both quantitative(questionnaire designed by the researchers) andqualitative(interviews) data were collected. The reliability ofthe questionnaire was calculated to be 86%. The statistical populationincludes579people who work in the educational office of the Shavoor province. 163 of the whole 579 people were office staff and the rest of them (416) were teachers.Inthisresearch, the perception of administrative and educationalstaff fromstructuralcomponents was assessed using the method ofmonitoring, access to equipment and technology, parent-teacher interaction, organizational structure, individual properties with components of expectation level of their own, interaction with colleagues and self-efficiency. The results show thatthere are significant differences between theeducationalcomplexesandindependent schools in the case of individualelements. In the case of structural elements, apart from parent-teacherinteractions based on the type of work and assessment methods based on the type of school,significant differences were obtained. Moreover, the interaction ofthree factors namely school type,gender andtype of the workat different levels ofindividual and structuralelements is shown to besignificant. Furthermore, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between individual and structural elements in independent schools and educational complexes. The results obtained from the qualitative part of this research indicate that the implementation of the idea of educational complexes has achieved success in the information transition between schools and also in making optimal use of the equipments, technology and facilities in educational areas; however, it has not been able to achieve success in other aims.

    the goal of the present descriptive study is to employ a mixed method (quantitative-qualitative) to find the relationship between the B.A. students ‘class participation with their perceptions of their courseof study at the Chamran university of Ahwaz.Among the different classes were being held in first semester of 93-92,9 classes with different courses were selected randomly. For each course, Two 90-minute- sessionclasses were observed (total 36 sessions).A set of participatory behaviors of students were recorded through a researcher-made form. Also 180 students od the classes observed took part in completing course perception questionnaire (α=. %72) and the researcher-made form to measure students ‘attitude towardseffective factors affecting class participation, its advantages and hindrances. 36 professors od the selected classes took part in semi-structured manner which was for confirmation. The findings were analyzed through appropriate statistical procedures. It was revealed that students ‘attitudetowards the effective factors of class participation can predict their perceptions of their course of study. Considering the common and contradictory points of view of students and professors, we can point out that a teacher-student relationshipand students’ positive attitude toward their professors are among of facilitator factors of class participation respectively. On the advantages of class participation. It should be mentioned that it encourages social and academic skills and teachers’awarenss of the students’ learned knowledge respectively.
    Some barriers of class participation are students’timidness and class-hour limitations.
    Consequently,The results of interview with professors showed that they welcome students class participation enthusiastically,but because of some restrictions and shortages, they, inpractice, face a few difficulties .according to the researcher observations teachers performances are not encouraging any participationand their method of teaching is merely lecturing.

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to assess the attitudes of post graduate students and alumni of education department of shahid Chamran University to the role of their coursesʼ curricula on Job skills and expectations and employment chances. The population of this study consisted of all students and alumni of post graduate educational science field in country, that education department of shahid Chamran University to a non-probability sampeles available were studied. A questionnaire was made by researcher used for collecting data. Instruments was made with 6 subscales and 53 items were administered. The validity of the questionnaire in the way of content validity, approved by faculty of science ,alumni and students, of shahid chamran university. To obtain the criterion validity of the questionnaire, Pearson correlation test was used. The validity of test results indicated r=73%. For statistical analysis of research questions, descriptive statistics (frequency, average, percentage, graphs, tables) and inferential statistics (multivariate regression analysis, correlation coefficient, one way Anova) was used. The research suggests that the attitudes of students and alumni to their Curriculum want to be able to predictʼs skills development, jobs and career expectations. there is a significant relationship between alumni and studentsʼ attitudes to the university which they study with job expectations and skills development. Gender factor on sample group attitude toward their curriculum, job expectations and job skills have significant effects. Major factor and the interaction of both factors, discipline and gender on sample job expectations and job skills have significant impact


  38. آسیب شناسی جداسازی دانش آموزان تیزهوش و سرآمد از دانش آموزان عادی در دبیرستان های استان بوشهر

     Paying attention to the elite and privileged students has been one of the central ideas of the education system in each community. According to this, the aim of this study is, Pathology of separation of giftedness and talented students from others. Research method is a mixed anatomical type. The data were collected, using both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (researcher - made questionnaire). The questionnaire used in this study, included the intellectual foundation of separation with 30 items, and three subscales with reliability of 0.73, facilitating factors questionnaire with 21 items and the reliability of 0.83 and inhibiting factors with 12 items and a reliability of 0.85 and Social capital questionnaire with four subscales and 29 items, with a reliability of 0.84. The population in quantitative part was considered all of the talented and gifted student’s schools and 4 regular schools in Bushehr province. The samples were appointed of 260 students, 70 parents and 70 teachers. In the qualitative part, 15 faculty members and 30 stakeholders (parents, teachers, and students) were interviewed. The results of this study showed that the separation approach in Iran was not an acceptable performance, but because of lacking a suitable situation omitting this approach is not allowed. After identifying the facilitating and inhibiting factors through the talented schools, these factors were presented for stakeholders groups, and the results showed that the factors such as: separation from the first years of primary school, higher social status, and obtaining the best jobs are the most important facilitating factors. Also, the current definition of talented, negative attitude of parents to these schools, and difficulty of internal exams in these schools are the most important inhibiting factors. This result also showed that the separation of talented students could not raise the social capital of them. There was not found any significant differences between the attitudes of different stockholders groups to development of social capital' parameters.
