اصغرنژادقلعه یی-حسین 1396Aim: The aim of this research is to identify and evaluate the effects of modern information technology on book publication in Iran and to review its developments from the viewpoint of publishers and publishing experts in order to present a conceptual model representing the general process and publication cycle consistent with developments in modern and postmodern publishing.
Method / Approach of Research: The present study is applied in kind that follows a mixed method applying both quantitative and qualitative measures, using the phenomenological principles. In the quantitative part of the study, the required data was collected through a Likert-type 5 grade questionnaire. The research population consisted of 4,000 active publishers from all over the country, of which 500 were selected as the sample to whom the questionnaire was sent. All in all, 380 questionnaires were returned (response rate was 76%) which were included in the analyses. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software. The statistical tests used for data analysis included Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for data normalization, One-Sample t-test and Friedman ranking test. In the qualitative section, with a targeted sample selection, the required data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 8 publishers and experts in the field of publishing. The interviews were recorded and then dismounted for analysis using a seven-step Colaizzi's method.
Findings: Findings in the quantitative research section indicated that about %97 of publishers have access the Internet of whom %60.8 have websites and %53.2 possess online stores. Also, %32.1 of the publishers under study use Facebook, %31.6 use Telegram, and %30.3 are Instagram members. About %66 of publishers, with an average score of 3.29, positively confirmed the impact of information technologies on the book publishing industry in Iran. However, in regards with impact dimensions, in their view, "the impact of information technology on the overall publishing process" with an average of 3.9 points has the largest share of the impact.
Conclusion: It could be concluded that in views of the target publishers, the information technology phenomenon affects the book publishing industry and its processes in Iran. The general process of publishing ranks first in regards with the impact of IT, however, the low rank of distribution and sale dimensions suggests that the publishers are seemingly having problems in supplying and selling their published books.
In the qualitative part of the research, the experiences of publishers were classified by importance and impact of information technology on book publishing in their professional fields. Thus, 10 clusters and 69 main concepts were identified which were embedded in these clusters. Main clusters included: the importance of information technology in publishing, new relations in publishing, the evolution of the publishing process, the areas of modern publishing and post-publication, the challenges and problems of publishing, the threats to publishing, publishing opportunities, the features of modern and postmodern publishing, the size of the publication and the pattern of modern publishing. The results revealed a clear picture of the experience of publishers and their positive attitude towards the importance and impact of information technology on the publishing process. In this context, new concepts have emerged that are influenced by developments and changes that have taken place in the area of book publishing through modern information technology. All interviewees confirmed the positive impact of information technology on the form, structure and nature of the publishing process positively.
Originality / Value: This research used the mixed method to investigate the profound and deep impact of information technology on the book publishing industry and its process. With the application of quantitative method (survey) and qualitative method (phenomenology), this thesis attempts to study the different angles and dimensions of book publishing in Iran, which have not been addressed in the previous studies or have not been considered in general.

مدلسازی محیط دانشآفرینی در مراکز پژوهشی اسلامی و آزمون آن با توجه به ویژگیهای شخصیتی و عملکرد پژوهشی اعضای هیئتعلمی
كریمی - رضا 1396Context: It is fact that universities and research institutes constitute social academic communities that play a vital role in creating and transmitting scientific knowledge, which is the fundamental source and a propelling force for social progress and development. Thus, enhancing the scientific knowledge creation process in academia will have a significant impact. At the Iranian Islamic research Centers, we are conducting research relating to the systems and environment that best support knowledge creation.
Purpose: the aim of this research is design and test modeling Evaluation knowledge – creation BA environment in Iranian Islamic research Centers Based on Triple-Helix and I-System Theories and investigate the effect of knowledge creation BA environment, Personality Traits on research performance.
Methodology: The present study is an applied research. The method of data collection is survey. This research is typically based on structural equation modeling. The main instrument for data collection was a questionnaire with 30 questions for knowledge creation BA environment, 7 questions for Capabilities of researchers and faculty members, 5 questions for Personality Traits. Evaluation research performances Based on of researcher’s research activities were weighted. The study population consisted of all researchers and faculty members’ Iranian Islamic research Centers. Using simple random sampling, 330 as the sample chosen and research questionnaire was distributed among them. Data were analyzed using LISREL and SPSS software’s.
Finding: The results of the knowledge creation BA environment model showed that Nine dimensions Infrastructure Intelligence, Actors Intelligence, Information Intelligence, Infrastructure Involvement, Actors Involvement, Information Involvement, Infrastructure Imagination, actors Imagination, Information Imagination are Major factors influencing on establishment of the knowledge creation BA environment in Iranian Islamic research Centers. Also the results of all factors Personality Traits, Capabilities of researchers and faculty members and research performance influencing on establishment of the creation BA environment in Iranian Islamic research. Finally, the results of the structural model showed that creation BA environment, Capabilities of researchers and faculty members, Personality Traits have a significantly positive effect on research performance in Iranian Islamic research Centers.
Evaluation of BA environment from researchers and faculty members’ perspective indicated that the intelligence and creativity variables with the means of 3. 42 and 3. 08 respectively are higher than the average. The BA environment involvement variable with the mean of 2. 93 stands lower than the average. Also, the variable of researchers’ capabilities working in Iranian Islamic research centers with the mean of 3. 66 ranks higher than the average. Personality traits variable in interaction with BA environment with the mean of 4. 196 places higher than the average level. From among 24 scientific activities, 5030 work has been published by the researchers and faculty members in the Iranian Islamic research centers. Research books, compiled books, research papers, and compiled papers are the most common publications of the researchers and faculty members.
Originality / value: This was a study in Islamic research centers. The results of this study, the gap between the current situation and creation BA environment favorable situation Regard to the Triple Helix model and I- systems to measure and analyze.

طراحی و آزمون الگویی ازپیشایندهای موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی در کارکنان نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی استان خوزستان
مژگان قاسمی 1395Objective: This study aimed to design and test a model of antecedents affecting the development of entrepreneurship among employees is conducted Khuzestan Public Libraries Foundation.
Method: The study, correlation pattern of structural equation modeling is a method of multi-variable correlation. The analysis software was used for data amos, and spss. Gathering information include organizational innovative climate questionnaires, perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment questionnaire questionnaire questionnaire entrepreneurial behavior in organizations, organizational creativity. Was performed using direct and indirect routes proposed model by using path analysis and bootstrapping. The chi-square test was used to examine the relationship between variables.
Results: The results showed that all direct routes perceived organizational support and organizational creative atmosphere is meaningful to the development of entrepreneurship. By eliminating non-significant routes, the model was modified. Indices fit structural equation modeling showed improved model fit. The results of the indirect relationships, these relationships were confirmed.
Conclusions: In this study related to infrastructure development, entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship model Public Libraries Foundation designed and tested. This model can help policy makers to better plan for the development of entrepreneurship in their libraries.

ساخت و اعتباریابی مقیاسی برای ارزشیابی کیفیت دادههای نظامهای رایانهای-کتابخانهای براساس دیدگاه متخصصان و کاربران نهایی این نظامها
شهبازی دستجرده - مهری 1395Objective: In today's world, information plays an important role in the advancement of the scientific, cultural, political and military objectives of a country. The amazing speed of scientific progress and the amount of daily production and distribution of information, makes those who are involved in information work to be concerned about the way these information and data are retrieved, selected, assessed and improved in quality. Accordingly, the present research aimed at examining the practical aspects of data quality as applied in information systems, especially the computerized library systems, based on the experiences reflected in the literature. The main Objective in this research was to provide a reliable scale for measuring and assessing data quality in computerized library systems.
Methods: The present research was conducted in three stages. In the first stage, the previous studies were reviewed systematically. Thus, 77 dimensions were identified in relation to data quality and were extracted from the literature based on the theories and definitions produced by some researchers in the previous studies. Items were provided in analogy with the dimensions identified and a Likert-type scale was made by all the items. The scale thus provided was distributed among the target community of a number of information science experts. The scale was modified based on the answers. In the second phase of research, the modified questionnaire, was distributed among the target research community who were the end users of library systems. Results of the second round were be used to determine the most important data quality dimensions and components in computerized library systems based on the end users’ views which allowed applying a Factor Analysis process. In the third phase, the aim was to test the applicability of the scale devised based on the results of the second phase. Therefore, the scale was distributed among three samples of the end users of 3 computerized library systems, namely, ParsAzarakhs, Nosa and Payame-Mashregh that are applied in 3 libraries of Shahid Chamran Universiyt of Ahwaz, Islamic Azad University and Isfahan University of Technology.
Results: Results of this research revealed that within the period 2000 to the time of the present study, almost two-thirds of the researchers elsewhere focused on the assessment of data quality or information in information systems. In addition, the results of the systematic literature review showed that there were 77 dimension that were considered in the studies in relation to data quality in information systems. In Iran, however, the studies were mostly conducted in relation to the "completeness" dimension of data quality. Results in this phase showed that "representational consistency", "documentation", "structural consistency", "consistency", "conformity", are more important than other dimensions in respondents’. In the second phase of the study, according to the end users views as well as the results of the factor analysis,"understandability", "traceability", "availability", "novelty", "freshness", found to be the most important dimensions, of which the relevant items are supposed to be the most significant and reliable measures for assessing the data quality in a computerized library system. Also, the Factor Analysis ended up with 4 significant factors which were named in accordance with their relevant features as: "data quality in terms of content" which made up of 17 items, "data quality in terms of organization" which included 6 items, "data quality in terms of presentation" including 12 items, and "data quality in terms of usage" which encompassed 27 items. Comparison of all the three systems under study, showed that the largest mean differences were among the respondents in the Isfahan University of Technology, regarding the fourth factor in the scale, ie, data quality in terms of usage.
Conclusions: This research was led to the construction of a scale that can evaluate the quality of data in computerized library systems. The main and the most important benefits of this scale lies in the help it can provide the library managers and the system persons with identifying the problems existing in the computerized library systems and resolving these problems, especially when they affect the library collections. Among other achievements of the present research are completion of a list of data quality dimensions that could be used in future studies, and identifying of the most relevant and important data quality dimensions and items that could be used for the assessment of computerized library system according to experts and users’ views.

آزمون مدل انگیزشی مصرفکنندگان خدمات پیوستهی تحویل مدرک بر اساس نظریه انگیزشی وروم: نمونه موردی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز
سپیده قلم باز 1395The main objective of motivation research is to explain the reasons of behaviors. As a motivational research, the present study aims to explain the reasons of behaviors of information consumers interacting with the page of document delivery services of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. According to the objective of this research, the study was analyzed through a survey-explanatory approach. The population of this study constituted of all faculty members and graduate students who attempted to order ISI papers via the document delivery services of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in the first and second semesters of the academic year of 2014-2015. The sample size was estimated 260 people. The data were analyzed through the structural equation analysis approach. The factor analysis method was used to assess the validity and the internal Cronbach’s alpha and combined reliability methods to assess the reliability of the research tool. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was obtained 90%. Three motivational paths of appeal (valence), instrumentality, and expectancy were analyzed through small models via induction. Interpretation of these three paths in this study model is in fact examination of Vroom’s motivation theory which formed the theoretical framework for the conceptual model of the document delivery services of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz information consumers’ motivation. The results showed that the path of instrumentality had the greatest role in shaping arousal behaviors of information consumers to attempt to select and use the document delivery services of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The results of model analysis showed that the results of the first level led to attainment of information consumers to the second level results. Information consumers attempted to obtain the needed informational documents through their self-efficiency beliefs (function believe) and implementing in the document delivery services of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and believe that their self-efficacy beliefs can lead to their possible success (expectancy level 2).

مژگان گلیوندلطفی 1396The aim of this study was to investigation into the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing among teachers and principals of Ahvaz high schools. using Denison model in order to identify the present state of KS in these high schools. As a descriptive- correlation study, it was conducted using a survey. The required data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The research population consisted of the whole population of teachers and principals of Ahvaz high schools of whom 250 were selected based on kerjsi-Morgan table,using Stratified Random Sampaling technic. Two instruments the Denison organizational culture (2000) and Raja & Chennamane Knowledge Sharing (2012) were used to collect the required data for which reliability. their reliability was estimated by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of which gained 0.90 and 0.83 respectively. The data collected was analyzed some descriptive stastical methods such as Men, Standard Diviation and frequency and percentage frequency, and Analytical Statistics such as Pearson Correlation coefficient as well as Step by step Regression.
The results of the study showed that positive correlation existed between each of the quadruple dimensions of organizational culture (involvemen، adaptability، Compatibili،. Mission (and Knowledge Sharing. Setp- by- step regression analysis also showed that from the four dimensions of organizational culture, the dimension " involvement" ranked first and the dimension "adaptability" ranked second in terms of Knowledge Sharing.

Public library as an institution in the life of individuals associated with them, can play the role of lifelong members of society. Unfortunately, in recent years been faced with the difficulty in attracting people. the goal of this research Assessment and prioritization Training workshops for members of the public libraries in Ahvaz as one of the possible solutions is to attract people to public libraries. Applied research and a survey was conducted. The study population included members of the public libraries in Ahvaz, the number of people. The data collection tool is a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Data analysis using descriptive statistics such as frequency, frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation And inferential statistics such as Friedman test for ranking the training workshops proposed in this study over the next two priorities for workshops and the impact on the motivation of members to participate in the workshops and the analysis of variance (F) to compare the variables workshops in two dimensions expressed in terms of demographic variables included in the questionnaire have been used. Based on the information obtained from Friedman test for ranking workshops, life skills areas ranked first, technology second and third place were fields of culture and entertainment. In the field of life skills workshop how to eliminate anxiety and create a calm mind, in the field of technology, Internet Basics workshops, browsers and search workshops and in the area of culture and entertainment english Language Workshop achieved the first rank. Because high frequency too much response for workshops that rank first to third achieved in every field, more than fifty percent have been, the possibility that in case of holding these workshops on referring member to public libraries have a huge positive impact on the city of Ahvaz.

بررسی میزان برخورداری اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز از مهارتهای مدیریت دانش شخصی بر اساس مدل PKM2.0 چئونگ و تسوئی
ژیلا پابخش 1395The aim of this study was to an investigation into the degree of the personal knowledge management skills of the faculty of the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz based on the Cheong & Tsui PKM2.0 model in order to provide guidelines for improving individual and organizational performance knowledge management. The study was done applying a cross-sectional survey. The required data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The research population consisted of the whole population of the faculty of the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz which according to available statistics, amounted to 563, of which a sample of 225 was selected using Stratified Random Sampling technique. Some descriptive statistical tool such as Mean, Standard Diviation and frequency and percentage frequency were as well as Analytical statistics methods such as t test, analysis of variance and correlation for data analysis.
The results of the study showed that the overall state of personal knowledge management of the Faculty the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz was relatively favorable level with an average of 3/93 out of 5 points. That is, the "Interpersonal Knowledge Transferring (IKT) " and "Personal Wisdom Creation (PWC)" proved to be at a favorable level. However, the "Personal Knowledge Internalisation (PKI) "and "Personal Information Management (PIM) " possesses a relatively favorable level. The results of the faculty have the highest average personal knowledge management skills include: Presenting and Communication, Evaluating, Problem Solving, Reflection, Collaborating, Creativity, Retrieving, Learning / Self Development, Mental Agility, Analysis, Organising and Securing. Also, The results of this study showed that no significant relationship seemed to exist between demographic variables such as gender, age, education, work experience, academic rank and faculty employment Shahid Chamran University faculty members with personal knowledge management.

بررسی میزان تطابق سامانه¬ی مدیریت اطلاعات پژوهشی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز به عنوان مخزن دانش پژوهشی این دانشگاه با ویژگی-ها و معیارهای یک مخزن مطلوب دانش
فاطمه بناری 1395Of the most important tasks performed in universities are administering research and producing knowledge. To increase productivity and eloquence in universities, the produced knowledge is required to be compiled, organized and managed. In line with fulfillment of the requirements of implementing knowledge management, the organizational knowledge repositories play an active role as means of organizing knowledge, and the main gateway to representing and accessing the intellectual capital of the university. In this relation, the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, as recommended by its Vice Chancellor for Research, established a research management system in 1386 (2007). This system is considered as an important part of the SCU general knowledge repository. The primary studies indicate that this system is actually cumbersome and problematic in some aspects such as entering the research activities of the academic members of the university. This is while generally, implementing KM in the university one should be confident of the optimization of this system and other knowledge repositories in the university. Therefore, the main aim of the present research is to investigate the degree of conformity of the SCU RMS with the criteria of an optimum research knowledge repository.
As a descriptive practical research, it followed the survey method which was administered as a case study. To collect data on a holistic basis, the present state of the subject was viewed from three angles which were the organization, the system and the users. Data collection was done using an appropriate tool for each aspect. The managers views about the organization and the system were asked through interviews, and the users’ views were asked through questionnaire.
In the process of the research, 15 sets of criteria were discovered for a research knowledge repository. The collected data showed that it is necessary to review the research knowledge repository and do some refinements. In the system management personnel the “research information management system” was in a desired condition, whereas it is relatively appropriate with respect to visions, policies and technical specifications. The investigation also revealed that the rims of the SCU is not in an optimum state both in view of the users and in analogy with the criteria of and optimum research knowledge repository.
It is recommended to present workshops as well as employing library and information experts who are familiar with information management and ranking systems of universities to improve the present research information management system.
The most important achievement of the present research is the introduction of the criteria and the specifications of an optimum research knowledge repository which can be applied to the improvement and optimization of the research information management system of the Shahid Chamran University and other universities.

بررسی وضعیت مدیریت دانش شخصی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز بر اساس مدل نیومن و کانرد
نسیم ابراهیمی 1394Aim:The aim of this study was to survey the status of Personal Knowledge Management of the Faculty of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in their teaching and research activities. In order to achieve this aim, the following objectives were pursued: to determine the status of "knowledge creation", "Knowledge Retention", "Knowledge Transfer" and "Knowledge Utilization" in the research population. Also, the relationship between personal knowledge management and demographic variables was examined, as well as the difference between groups.
Method: The study was done applying a cross-sectional survey. The required data was collected using a questionnaire that was developed based on the QuraniSirjani questionnaire (2010). The research population consisted of the whole population of the faculty of the AJUMS which according to available statistics, amounted to 580, of which a sample of 234 was selected using Stratified Random Sampling technique. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, such as independent samplet-test, correlation, ANOVA, and LSD follow-up test were applied.
Results and findings: The results of the study showed that the overall state of personal knowledge management of the Faculty of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences wasrelatively at a modest level with an average of 3/37 out of 5 points. “Personal Knowledge Creation” and “Kknowledge Retention”, as well as “Knowledge Utilization”, proved to be at a fairly appropriate level. However, “Knowledge Transfer” possesses a relatively poor status which signifies the problems and deficiencies that were addressed in this study for which recommendations were provided for improvement. Also, the study showed existing of significant relationship between the PKM of the faculty under study and their degree, work experience, and affiliation; however, no significant relationship seemed to exist between gender of the faculty and their Personal Knowledge Management.

سمیرا سلیمان پورقرابقلو 1394Aim: The aim of this research was to identify the present state of knowledge sharing among postgraduate students of ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz and the factors affecting it. The following objectives were needed to follow to achieve this goal: determining the status of knowledge sharing from its infrastructure point of view such as cultural structure, human factors, ICT, management strategies, structural- bureaucratic factors, and tendency to share knowledge. Also, the demographic characteristics affecting knowledge sharing were examined. Method: The present research wasdescriptive by type which was performed using survey method. Data collection was done by means of a questionnaire that was devised based on Poorserajian, Owlia and SoltaniAliabadi (2013) and Rezaie (2013). The research population consisted of all postgraduate students of ShahidChamran University during 2014 - 15 academic year which amounted to 5086 in different subject branches in all levels. The sample population that according to Kerjsi-Morgan Table was calculated as 358 students was selected randomly. Descriptive statistics was used for analyzing the demographic information of the respondents as well as for identification of the status ofthe infrastructure of knowledge sharing in views of the students under study (Questions 1-6). Analytical statistic methods such as independent samplet test, ANOVA, One Sample t-test and LSD follow-up test were used for the analysis of the respondents’ views against their personal characteristics (Question 7). Results and findings: All in all, from the results of the present study it was revealed that in views of the postgraduate students, from all the knowledge sharing infrastructures, tendency of the students to knowledge sharing, and with some ignorance, the cultural infrastructure have a relatively good condition. It seems that these infrastructures are relatively in place for knowledge sharing. However, other infrastructures like human factors, its, management strategies and structural – bureaucratic factors have a lower condition. These infrastructures have a relatively weak condition for knowledge sharing. Obviously, those infrastructures that are in good conditions should be more strengthened; whereas those with weak conditions should be improved.

بررسی و تحلیل رابطه ی کیفیت زندگی کاری با رضایت شغلی کتابداران دانشگاه های شهر ایلام بر اساس مدل والتون
فرجی-فاطمه 1394This research aims to investigate the relationship between work-life quality and librarians job satisfaction of academic librarians of Ilam city. This research is of a descriptive- survey type the population of which is consisted of the whole librarians employed in all academic libraries in Ilam (N=62). Given being a limited population, the whole population was included in the survey and no sample was derived. The data collection tool was a questionnaire the validity of which was confirmed through a formal validity process by several professors of Knowledge and Information Science in Chmran University, Ahvaz, Iran. Convergent validity was approved by Average Variance Extracted (AVE) index and differential validity was approved by transverse loading. In order to assess the reliability, the Chronbach’s Alpha ( 91%) and composite reliability (0.84) were analyzed and confirmed. The third measure was the factor loads reliability of which all had a weight over 0.40% that shows the reliability of the research tool. In this study, in order to describe the demographic data as well as study condition, the descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage of frequency, mean) was used using SPSS version 21. In examination of the hypotheses, the partial least square method was utilized accompanied with Smart P.L. S. software. The results showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between work-life quality and librarians’ job satisfaction. There was also a significant correlation between components of work-life quality based on Walton model and job satisfaction, indicating that factors such as fair and sufficient payment, safe and hygiene workplace, providing developmental opportunity and sustainable job security, socially depended work and life and development of human capabilities have a positive and significant correlation with librarian job satisfaction. However, there was no significant correlation between social integrity components in the labor organization, obedience of the organization rules and legal positivism in labor organization with job satisfaction.

The study was a descriptive survey<br /> and data collection checklist, consisting of ١٠ criteria of Transparence, Effectiveness,<br /> Maintenance, Accessibility , User-Centredness, Responsiveness, Multi-linguality,<br /> Interoperability, Management Legal and Preservation that each of these criteria to<br /> subset (in Total 109 items) dividing. Iranian e-government websites were studied<br /> community portal which data were collected through direct observation. The results<br /> show that all the criteria excluding Management Legal criteria in disable situation.<br /> Unfamiliar users with E-Government Portal of Iran and weak inform in field<br /> introdution E-Government Iran and mediums, lack diplomacy and formulize rules<br /> and clear of management E-Government Iran in joinder adequate websites in EGovernment<br /> portal of Iran, lack policy and/or uncoordinated among available<br /> websites, and lack adhoc and trained individuals in most websites (especially<br /> websites NGOs), such that played a major role in this unsesirable situation.</p>

شناسایی و بررسی عوامل مؤ ثر بر افزایش ربط در نظامهای بازیابی برخی از نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای فارسی با تاکید بر رویکرد منطق فازی
فاطمه خدائی 1393The main purpose of every retrieval system is to return relevant information. Relevance, as the core of any retrieval system, is a fuzzy concept due to its relativity and due to its unspecified nature. Therefore, the two notions of relevance and fuzzy logic interactively impact each other in information retrieval. The concept of relevance due to its uncertainty, can be modeled by fuzzy set models. The present study, while identifying the factors that cause search results relevant to user queries, examines the feasibility of application of fuzzy logics for improving the functions of these factors in the two Persian library software: Pars Azarakhsh and Simorgh.
This research is of descriptive kind that was administered using survey method. A checklist of some 70 items was used for identification of the factors causing increase of relevance and identification of the existing portents of the two software under investigation, to examine the feasibility of application of fuzzy logic for improving information retrieval.
SPSS was used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistical methods were used for data analysis, while t-test was used to compare the results obtained from examination of the two software.
Results of the study revealed that Azarakhsh is more capable of increasing relevance than Simorgh. Also, it proved to be more capable of applying fuzzy logics. Presently, in this software retrieval is based on keyword searching; however, it has the ability to retrieve concepts as well with some changes and alterations.

بررسی وضعیت اشتراک دانش و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در سازمان برق منطقهای خوزستان به منظور ارائه راهکارهایی برای پیادهسازی ساز و کارهای عملی اشتراک دانش در این سازمان
بتول رضایی 1392The goal of this research is to investigate the present state of knowledge sharing and the factors affecting it in Ahvaz regional electric company (AREC).The research population was 1330 staffs of the company who hold high school diploma and higher and work either as employees or managers in the AREC. According to Krejcie-Morgan table a sample of 302 individuals was selected randomly among which questionnaires were distributed. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of Hossein Gholizadeh and Mirkamali (1389) Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by four of expert academic staffs, and its reliability was tested by Cronbach’s alpha method. Some descriptive statistical methods were well as well as calculation of correlation coefficient and hierarchical steps multiple regression were used to analyze the collected data and evaluation of the relationship of the factors affecting knowledge sharing and their degree of impact. Results of the study revealed the at all in all the state of knowledge sharing is at an intermediate level in the AREC. However the results of the multiple regression test showed that the following factors have a high impact on knowledge sharing in the AREC: structural, strategic, confidence, tacit knowledge, self-sufficiency, communication,reward, commitment and team work. Among these, the structural factor demonstrated having the strongest correlation with knowledge sharing. As a result of the finding of the present research, it can be concluded that a comprehensive attention to personal, cultural, organizational,technological, and knowledge factors is considered as the most important duty of managers in persuading the staff to share their knowledge in AREC

بررسی وضعیت موجود مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری در مرکز منطقهای اطلاعرسانی علوم و فناوری شیراز براساس مدل کامب

The main purpose of the present study was to study the present state of Customer Relationship Management
in RiCest. As a descriptive study, it included all individuals who were employed in this institute at the time
of study (1391 h). Data were collected by means of researcher-made questionnaire of which 68 were
returned after distribution among the research population. To analyse data, descriptive statistics methods
such as Mean, Standard Deviation, and Frequencies were used as well as analytical statistics tools such as ttest
and ANOVA. Results of the study revealed that based on the five components of the Comb Model,
CRM status was at a medium level in the RiCest. Managers and librarians perception of the quality of
services, CRM processes, and customer behaviours were at an acceptable level. Customer oriented activities
were at a good level. Among all, communication technologies were most considered. Customer
management processes, however, posessed lower ranks compared with others. The side results of the study
also showed lack of significant difference between managers and other personnel views regarding the
present state of CRM in the RiCest, with the exception of communication channels. This proves the fifth
hypothesis of the research. Finally, on the basis of the research results some suggestions were presented in
regards with awaring managers of the success factors in CRM and providing grounds for planning in this
regards.
