    The aim of this study was recognition of the relationship between Talent Management with Organizational Health and Organizational Trust in the Education and Training. The method of study was descriptive-correlation. The population was all managers, assistants and high school teachers of area 2 of Ahvaz city in the second semester of the school year 2016-2017 that using simple random sampling 295 subjects were selected. The data gathering tool was questionnaires of Talent Management derived from Swim model (2009), Organizational Health Inventory for Schools of Hoy and Feldman (1987) and Organizational Trust of Kanawattanachai and Yoo (2002). Data were analyzed using statistical tests of correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis with stepwise method. The results showed between Talent Management and its components with Organizational Health and Organizational Trust there was simple and multiple correlation of positive and significant (P< 0/01). Also Multiple regression analysis with stepwise method showed that of between predictor variables the components of performance management of employee and reward & recognition of employee to have predictive power of Organizational Health, so that 0/17 of the total variance of Organizational Health was explained by this variables. Also, components of employee development, communication among employees, performance management of employee and open cultural climate to have predictive power of Organizational Trust, so that 0/63 of the total variance of Organizational Trust was explained by this variables.

    The aim of this study was aware of The relationship between Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Health and Organizational Commitment of the High School Administrators of Ahwaz Education. The method of study was descriptive-correlation. The population were all High School Administrators of second term of Ahwaz Education in the second semester of the academic year 2016-2017 that using simple random sampling 155 person were selected. The data gathering tool were questionnaires of spirituality in the workplace of Milimin et al (2003), Organizational commitment of Allen and Meyer (1996) and School Organizational Health of Hoy and Feldman (1987). Data were analyzed using statistical tests pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed between Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Commitment and Organizational Health there was simple and multiple correlation of positive and significant (P< 0/01). Also Multiple regression analysis with stepwise method showed that of between predictor variables the components of meaningful work and alignment with the organizations values to have predictive power of Organizational Commitment, so that 0/52 of the total variance of Organizational Commitment was explained by this components. Also from between predictor variables, only components of alignment with the organizations values to have predictive power of Organizational Health, so that 0/31 of the total variance of Organizational Health was explained by this component.


  17. بررسی اثربخشی دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت سازمان تأمین اجتماعی خوزستان(شعب اهواز)

    The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of in-service training courses on the knowledge, attitude and skill abilities of employees at the level of social security organization of Khuzestan (Ahwaz Branches). The theoretical model of this research was based on the Halton Transition Model, which was examined using mixed (quantitative and qualitative) research. The statistical population was involved all the official staff of the Social Security Organization of Ahwaz Branches, which in total are 600 people. Accordingly, using the Cochran formula, 234 people were selected by simple random sampling method and the number of returned questionnaires is also the same. Checklists were delivered to 30 persons from units officials, deputies and chairmen who were selected through targeted sampling (Desirable items selection) as well as 10 interviews, 5 interviews with authorities and 5 interviews with employees. Data collection instruments were questionnaires, checklists and interviews that are provided by the researcher in three areas of knowledge, attitude and skill. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated using the face validity method and reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha method was 0.79 and the validity and reliability of the check list. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and for testing questions, statistics methods (T-test single-group method) was used. The findings of this study showed that the first stage of the Halton model was realized at the level of knowledge, attitude and skill but at the average level of attitude, its average was less than the desirable average. In the second stage, the model is at high level for three levels of knowledge, attitude and skill, and at the third level, the findings showed that trainings had a positive effect on the performance of the organization.

    Abstract
    The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational creativity and innovation Hamidieh city's teachers. The sample consisted of 021 teachers were selected Hamidieh city. DadhHa collection of three elementary schools Questionnaires included a description of the organizational climate Hall pin and Kraft (0691), Randsepp creativity questionnaire (0696) and Jorfi questionnaire, grace and Alipur (2101) was used. The study was correlational data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression was performed. FrzyhHay test results showed a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate of schools and teachers creativity there, as well as all components of organizational climate there is a significant positive relationship with the creativity of teachers. Schools with teachers and positive relationship between organizational climate there is a significant innovation. Between all the components of organizational climate there is a significant positive relationship with teachers innovation. Regression analysis showed that teachers innovation with the beta 26991 PrahmytTryn factor affecting the climate variable is the next priority creativity in beta value is 22091. A total of about 11291 percent of the variance of three variables related to organizational climate Hamidieh city schools to explain stopped.
