معصومه حبیب الهی 1395This study tried to investigate some components of school-based management (such as tendency to participation, decentralization, delegation of authority, competitiveness, research and study) in primary schools across Izeh concerning rules, regulations and National Document of Education. The mixed method design used in this study is sequential exploratory. In practice, the quantitative part was descriptive and a survey, and qualitative part included a content analysis of interviews and documents. In the quantitative part of the study, random stratified sampling was used to select 162 people from among 279 principals and deputies of primary schools using Cochran formula. The components of school-based management were examined by implementing a researcher-made questionnaire on the sample.The reliability of the questionnaire was %94 using Cronbach alpha coefficient. In the qualitative part of the present research, first, through using a purposive sampling, a semi-structured interview was done with 20 principals and deputies in primary schools, then the data was coded and analyzed to make a questionnaire.The quantitative results showed that in principals and deputies’ views, components such as tendency to participate, competitiveness and research have received desirable attention in the Document, while considering the focus that the educational system puts on school-based management, components such as decentralization and delegation of authority have not received enough attention in regulations and National Document of Educatio The final qualitative part of the study consisted of a qualitative content analysis of the document performed through analyzing the content of rules, regulations and National Document of Education sentence by sentence. Then open and axial coding was performed. The results showed that in general the related documents considered the implementation of school-based management in 10 dimensions. The most important principles dealt with in the documents are respectively: school management, parents, students, research and study, school council, regional administration, teachers, curriculum and finally non-state schools.

بررسی نگرش کارکنان بین وضع موجود و مطلوب توانمندسازی پرستاران در بیمارستان نفت اهواز
الهام پور محمدی 1395The main purpose of this study is employee attitude evaluation toward existing and desired empowerment of nurses in the Ahvaz Naft hospital. We have implemented survey method and designed mixed research method (quantitative-qualitative). The statistical population consisted of nurses in Ahvaz Naft hospital who was serving the 2015-2016 and 140 of them were selected by convenience sampling method. 103 number of samples has been determined via Morgan and Krejcy table employment. Our data have been gathered by utilization of interviews, reviewed documents and questionnaires respective to employee attitudes toward existing and desired nurses’ empowerment situation, and also questioner of (MehrAlizade, Raadi Afsooran, Parsa and Motamedi, 2011). based on Iran human resources empowering foundation model. In order to analyze the data, by using descriptive statistics including frequency and prevalence, demographic characteristics of the statistical population presented. Also, to investigate the hypothesis inferential statistics, t-test and analysis of variance has been employed. We used the cut-off point to assess significance of differences between two situations in term of empowerment, and due to high quality services in Ahvaz Naft hopital cut-off point was set to 0.75. The results represent that the nurse’s empowerment is higher than nursing criterion average and also nurse’s empowerment situation of Ahvaz Naft hospital is desirable. In the examination of encouragement creativity and innovation terms, the nurse’s situation was lower than desired criterion.

کارکرد مجتمع های آموزشی در کیفیت بخشی مدارس شهرستان باغملک
امید زاده طهماسبی 1395The objective of this study was to examine the functioning of the educational complexes in Baghmalek city from a school's quality-giving point of view. The methodology of this research was combinational one. The population included all Vice-Principals, principals and teachers working in education complexes in academic year 2015-2016 in Baghmalek city. In quantitative section, for estimating precisely under study sample from population according to Morgan table, 170 principals, vice-principals and teachers were selected using stratified random sampling method and in qualitative section, using purposive sampling method, the understudy sample was selected for interview. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire in quantitative section and semi-structured interview in qualitative section have been used. The validity of the questionnaire was of content type used and was approved by experts and technical professors, and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha was calculated equal to 80.5. The applied Statistical approach used in the quantitative part of this study, was descriptive and inferential analysis by SPSS software and in qualitative part, the method was theme analysis. Some of the most important conclusions and findings of the research include: Functionality of educational complexes in quality-giving to ability of schools, participation of teachers in educational activities, participation of students' parents in the school affairs, efficient use of school facilities, monitoring schools and professional competences of teachers was above the average. Educational Complexes within their authorities cause to develop activities in the areas of education, training, supportiveness, administrative, human resources, as well as develop partnerships in affair of education and training from parents and teachers of students and also enhance the quality of monitoring schools as well as quality-giving to professional competences of teachers, which in terms of findings of the research it is mainly the product of interactions and interconnections of schools with each other. The linking between resources (human, physical, financial) between schools under cover of educational complexes was able to produce greater capacity for providing services to students, perhaps this is the why that the efficacy of the complexes was more tangible for students.

بررسی صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان دوره متوسطه در شهر اهواز
كبری شالو 1395The population of this research formed the female teachers in high school in the academic year of 94-95. In the study sample size was determined based on Morgan table 320. This method is stratified random sampling method. The tool is a self-made questionnaire professional qualifications of teachers. The results showed that the eligibility of character - behavioral secondary teachers, is higher than the average level of 4/052. The average female high school qualifications and skills of teachers, is higher than the average level of 3/874. Managerial competence female high school teachers, ishigher than the average level of 3/422. Also, the average professional qualifications of secondary school teachers, is higher than the average level of 4/087. Due to the significant level (p = > 0.0005) it can be concluded that the level of professional competence of teachers secondary school teachersis desirable.

طراحی الگوی رویکردهای مدیران در زمینه آموزش و بهسازی کارکنان در سازمانهای خدماتی ایلام
مجتبی یاسینی فرد 1395This study explores the approach of the public organizations managers towards the training and development of employees via a systematic grounded theory. In order to extract the data, interviews were conducted with 21 policy makers in higher education, public organizations administrators, and experts in faculty training and development. Three steps of data analyses through open, axial and selective coding indicated twelve general categories reflected in a paradigmatic model including: causal conditions (individual factors: attitude of the managers towards training and development of the employees, capabilities and expertise of managers and organizational factors: organizational culture, rules and regulations, organizational structure and financial and physical resources); main categories (the approach of managers towards training and development of employees); strategies to improve managers approach (Micro-level: "considering the merits in public managers, raising awareness in training and development of public managers and delegation of authority" and a macro level: sharing the experiences of the public managers, job freedom, and reviewing and refine the rules), context (management and macro policy making in public managers and employees activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors: the role of government, socio-cultural and economic factors) and the consequences (individual: "improving satisfaction and motivation among members and organizational level: Improving efficiency and effectiveness, accountability and improved corporate reputation), the approach of the public managers towards the training and development of employees and relations among its different aspects. After the qualitative part of the study, a questionnaire was designed based on the key concepts and research paradigm patterns which were administered to 223 members in the public managers under study. Quantitative data were analyzed in terms of a descriptive analysis of the data, the second-order factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that the public managers dominant approach was a neutral uninformed one at the level of non-compliance, lack of faith, lack of support and lack of participation. Moreover the relationships presented in the qualitative part of the study based on assumptions derived from the qualitative model were reviewed and approved.

ارزیابی عملکرد نظام آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی شرکت پتروشیمی شهید تندگویان ماهشهر با بهره گیری از مدل تعالی سازمانی(EFQM).
ابوذر خادمی 1395This study aimed to evaluate the performance of education system and human resource development in Petrochemical Company martyr Tondgooyan of Mahshahr utilizing EFQM Excellence Model. This Study is applied in purpose and belongs to quantitative researches and it in terms of methodology is descriptive of type of survey and evaluation researches. The population in this study consisted of all managers and staff of education system and management of human resources development in the martyr Tondguyan petrochemical company (N = 300). Since that present population is 300, of this population according to Kerjesi and Morgan table, a sample size of 169 students were selected through census sampling. The measuring instrument, organizational excellence questionnaire is about 9 European excellence criteria with 5-degree Likert scale and 50 questions, since the survey questionnaire of this study is standard, its validity was previously confirmed. but to further ensure about superficial and content validity of the instrument, the questionnaire experts and scholars of training and management of human resources development of martyr Tond-Guyan Petrochemical Company of Mahshahr were provided with the questionnaire, which its validity was confirmed. The Reliability of the instrument was obtained by Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.972. In order to analyze data, descriptive statistics, single-sample t-test with group affiliated (Wilcoxon test) using SPSS Software Ver. 22 were used. Education and Human Resources Development unit of Mahshahr martyr Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company acquired 444.82 scores from 1000 scores of European Excellence Model. The results indicate that the distance between the obtained scores and favorable indicators of model is impressive and the understudy company, will not have any of acknowledgment levels for excellency

بررسی میزان توانمندی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی هوشمند شهراهواز در استفاده از فاوا در تدریس

This research aimed to investigate the ability of primary school teachers of smart schools of Ahvaz in using ICT in teaching. The study population was consisted of all male and female teachers and administrators employed in public smart primary schools of Ahvaz. Among them, District 2 of education and training areas of Ahvaz were selected by cluster sampling method. Then, 136 subjects of principals and teachers were selected by complete census method. This study was a descriptive survey. Instrument of gathering information was a researcher-made questionnaire including 26 items and three components of design and production of electronic content, teaching-learning process and assessment of academic achievement. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by the supervisor and advisor. The reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha of 0.95 was also calculated. In order to analyze research questions, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, table) and inferential statistics (t-test, ANOVA, Tukey test) were used. The results showed that the teachers' competence in designing and supplying electronic content was in undesirable levels, the ability to use ICT in the teaching-learning process was in a relatively favorable level and the ability to use ICT in assessing student achievement was at the level of undesirable.

بررسی عملکرد مدارس هیئت امنایی شهرستان های بندر امام خمینی (ره) و ماهشهر
ادیبی-بهنام 1394The present study aims to evaluate the school board trustees of Bandar Imam Khomeini and Mahshar cities. A mixed method was used in this research. A researcher –made questionnaire was employed in order to obtain quantitative data and for obtaining the qualitative data the grounded theory analysis was used. In order to collect data, among a 240- people population, who were recruited through census, 220 people completed the questionnaire and finally 20 people were selected for interview. In this research, to analyze the data, the SPSS software, descriptive statistics (frequency) and inferential statistics (T fitness) were used. The results showed that the school board trustees have been of significantly desirable performance in such variables as students skills, equipment and educational services, whereas they had poor performance in the variables of social justice and involvement of parents in the school as well as extra-curricular activities. The reasons for lack of success and the obstacles and problems faced these schools were interpreted through a qualitative interview as strict regulations, inaccessibility to non-governmental resources, distrust, poor management and planning, over-recruitment, treating the state as patriarchy and non-realization of justice. Overall, given the results obtained from the analysis of the five variables, it can be said that the school board trustees of Bandar Imam Khomeini and Mahshar cities have not had a good performance and they could meet only 40% of the predetermined goals. Thus, the strategies must be developed for more empowerment, delegation, strengthening of board trustee training to enhance the performance quality, a review in the present regulations and procedures, involvement of the schools in decisions and giving executive power, outlining of their decision scope, transparency of performance, keeping informed the schools by education administration about , measures for substitution and self-sufficient for more effectiveness of the schools

مقایسه روش های ارزشیابی توصیفی و سنتی بر اساس استانداردهای چهارگانه ارزشیابی ( مفید بودن، عملی بودن، مناسبت، دقت ) از دیدگاه مدیران و معلمان مدارس ابتدایی خرمشهر
شاه سن-فرحناز 1394The aim of this study was to compare the traditional evaluation and descriptive methods based on four assessment standards (utility, feasibility, propriety and accuracy) from the viewpoint of elementary school teachers and principals in Khorramshahr city. This study was an applied- study research in terms of goal and it was a mixed exploratory study in terms of methodology (qualitative - quantitative). In order to collect data, interview method was used in qualitative section and survey method was used in quantitative section. The study population consisted of 60 managers and 340 teachers with over 7 years experience in the academic year 2014-2015 who were working in the education department of Khorramshahr. In this study, the views of all principals and 181 teachers who were selected using simple random sampling based on Morgan table were studied. Information was collected using life experience of the researcher, the literature review checks, semi-structured interviews and researcher- made questionnaire with 5- point 74 items. In the qualitative part, open coding method was used to analysis the text of interviews, and in the quantitative part, two independent samples t-test and Mann - Whitney were used to analysis questionnaire data. The findings suggest that there is a significant difference between traditional and descriptive evaluation methods in terms of compliance with each of the standard including usefulness, feasibility, relevance and accuracy, and in this respect, descriptive evaluation is at a lower level, and in general for primary school teachers and principals of Khorramshahr, descriptive evaluation is less matched with the four evaluation standards compared with traditional evaluation. Other findings is that compared to teachers, principals better assessed the compliance of descriptive evaluation with four standards, while teachers compared to principals concluded that there is a better compliance between traditional evaluation with standards.

Abstract
The main purpose of implementation current inquiry, were identification and reviews strategic factors influencing on the recruitment, maintenance and empowerment educators of the university Khuzestan University of Applied Science and Technology. for achieving this purposes, were used of mixed method research of typically exploratory- sequentioal. the forming statistical population this research to the educators of the khuzestan unit university of Applied Science and Technology number of 800 people. first, so that information were collected, implementation semi-structured interviews with 13 educators members theoretical saturation in qualitative section. for data were collected used both researcher made questionnaires in quantitative section. also, the validity of the questionnaires group of professors were confirmed by the Department of Educational Sciences. in addition, the reliability of the questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha respectively were obtained first questionnaire (0/89) and second questionnaire (0/87). then, were distributed both researcher made questionnaires between (196) educators were selected from (8) University Center to cluster sampling method. after data analysis in quantitative section on a qualitative content analysis approach to inductive method, strategic factors related to recruitment of educators consists of three categories, individual components, within the structure and outside of the structure, strategic factors related to maintenance of educators including organizational components and were included strategic factors related to empowerment of educators both components of the training and knowledge. shows results in quantitative section, satisfaction lower level educators university of the current state recruitment, maintenance and empowerment. also, strategy factors working experience and skill of educators, presence interviews with educators and skills and technologies the changes in the job market related to recruitment, strategy factor formation faculty scientific in the centers under the auspices of university related to maintenance and strategy factors continually holding training courses related to the expertise educators and enhance motivated educators for learning and professional development related to empowerment then other strategy factors higher level importance and priority.

آسیب شناسی دوره های آموزش پودمانی مراکز علمی- کاربردی شهر اهواز
نصراله هاشمی 1394The main purpose of this research was the pathology of modular courses system in the applied science centers of Ahvaz city. The research method, was mixed of exploratory. The survey, was used to collect quantitative data and interviews used to collect qualitative data. The participants in this research were all managers and teachers of the applied science centers of Ahvaz city. In quantity, 153 subject of 800 were chosen by accidental grade sampling order. Result show that the average of the most samples were more than the expected average. Then, in the qualitative part, purposeful sampling method was used to select the appropriate items along with 11 members of managers and specialists of the applied science centers of Ahvaz city. Semi-structured interviews were conducted which were later analysed through qualitative content analysis method. The analysis of document showed that the rules and focused regulations does not adaptable with the implementation of modular training in applied science centers. The results of the interviews showed that the main purpose of modular training, training of personnel of government agencies and industrial companies. The training needs assessment and design strengths and weaknesses in the assessment, design, implementation, evaluation and management were administrative issues. The need for organizations and companies to train their staff is the opportunity for training modular. Factors such as the number of students, lack of training and promotion of evidence-oriented instead of skill-oriented training were a threat to this. Failure to review the rules and curriculum, lack of social background, reducing the number of students, dissatisfaction and lack of interest of the students and centers of education are among the factors that led to the decision to close university education is modular.

مطالعه وضعیت اشتراک دانش و عوامل مؤثر بر آن از دیدگاه مدیران و کارکنان شرکت گروه ملی فولاد اهواز
محمودی-فرزانه 1394The main purpose this research, were survey situtation of shareing knowledge and factors affecting it from the perspective of managers and employees of Company National group Steel in Ahvaz. For achieving this goal, a mixed methodoly of typically sequentioal- exploratory were used. The statistical population of this research were managers and employees Company of National group Steel in Ahvaz. In qualitative research section, simple random sampling method by using Morgan table, were selected 261 members including (44 managers and 217 employees). In doing the quantitative part a researcher questionair made was applied. The reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha respectively were obtained (0/85) and was confirmed validity by professors supervisors and advisors and experts Steel Company way formal validity. In qualitative research section, were conducted interviews in two stages. First interviews were done with use of purposive method with 22 members and in the second stage have been done with 6 of company experienced managers and employees. For the analysis of qualitative data, were used of phenomenological the type of Klaryzy and qualitative content analysis methods. generally and with combination of qualitative and quantitative results, findings of this research shows that steel company in the technology infrastructure of sharing knowledge were desirable condition, but the dimensions (organizational, cultural, humanistic and knowledge) the status of lower-middle and from the perspective of managers and employees were required be considered arrangements to achieve the desired status

The target population of the survey participants in training courses in 93 Red Crescent Society have formed the basis of the latest data 286 participants that the population of the study, sample 165 people Applying Cochran sampling were selected. The sample was stratified by population size for Patrick Creek. The results show that the effectiveness of the training component reaction in the Red Crescent in the province have been desirable, the calculated results of one group demonstrated significant differences in terms of Average Friday from learning component with the desired average period of effectiveness of community and solidarity Red Crescent training in Khuzestan was satisfactory.

بررسی میزان بهره وری در اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان اصفهان
ممبنی-مرضیه 1394This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of the General Office of Vocational in Isfahan that has been done during recent years. The research method is a mixed one (qualitative, quantitative) an was exploratory in which data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. In the qualitative phase of the study, data were collected through purposive sampling in two stages. Fo the quantitative phase of the study, a two-stage cluster sampling was used for 47 vocational centers in Isfahan province, 18 were selected as the research sample. In the selected centers total number of 280 people was chosen to answer the questionnaires. The reliability of this study was calculated t be 87%. In this research productivity has been evaluated by three factors: manpower, capital, an improvement of society. In quantitative phase of the study by using one-sample t-test it was shown that there are significant differences between current situation and desired situation in the province. In the qualitative part of the study, motivational factors, managerial, financial, and the reduced number of applicants are the main influencing factors in productivity that were identified in General Office of Vocational in Isfahan

بررسی میزان هم راستایی نظام آموزشی و مدیریت استراتژیک در بخش بهداشت و درمان (مطالعه موردی: بیمارستان بزرگ نفت اهواز)
مولائی بیرگانی-پوران 1393The overall goal of the research was awareness of the alignment of the educational system and strategic management in the healthcare sector of the petroleum industry in Ahwaz Great Oil Hospital. In the present study, due to the explanatory nature of the research, the method combined with quantitative/qualitative pattern was used. The population of this research consisted of all medical- and non-medical-staff experts in Ahwaz Great Oil Hospital, including 800 people, and some of the members of the steering committee, which includes the head of training, head of planning, head of quality improvement and hospital manager. In order to select the sample volume, 150 people were selected using classified random sampling methods according to Morgan table, and their views were studied. Purposive sampling and interviewing of experts and informed persons was used. For a survey of experts in medical and non-medical staff of the AGOH, the researcher’s-made questionnaire was also used. In this study, semi-structured interview was used to conduct the interview. To collect the data required in this research, in addition to investigating the records and previous research that was done in order to achieve research background and theoretical topics, the measure of collecting field data, including the investigation of documents in Health and Treatment education sector in the Ahwaz Oil Company, strategic training management system, and both interview and researcher’s-made questionnaire measures were used. A data analysis method utilizing descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, standard deviation, percent) and Inferential Statistics (t-test, ANOVA) was used. In this study, the Luftman strategic alignment maturity measuring model was used. The results showed that the educational system has failed to be effective on management maturity, the level of authorization and participation maturity, competence maturity and organizational values, communication maturity, human resource maturity, skills and maturity of technology-architecture and scopes and has a significant distance to the desirable level. Furthermore, in terms of maturity level, the educational system and the strategic management in Health and Treatment sector in the Ahwaz Oil Company are aligned at level 1 (elementary and temporary). The level 1 is the lowest level of alignment in which learning management system and strategic plan of the company have not been aligned, and every effort to facilitate alignment are temporary.
The interview analysis results showed that the managers in their interviews have evaluated the alignment and suitability of the educational system and the strategic management in the studied hospital at the intermediate level. The interview findings also showed that the relationship between the running educational system and the strategic management of the hospital has been evaluated as good. But the implementation and use of these educational courses have encountered some difficulty.

ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی برگزار شده در مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای شهرستان آبدانان
پورسردار-نوراله 1393The objective of present study was to assess effectiveness of training courses held In the Centers of
Technical And Profession Educations of ABDANAN City using descriptive methodology of evaluative type.The target population for this study consisted of all trainees participating in this courses, who based on the latest data, the number of members are 411 trainees, which based on simple stratified sampling method, 203subjects were selected from the participants in the training. In order to measure the variables used in the research, the researcher-made questionnaire of assessing effectiveness training courses based on Patrick Creek model was used. Content validity of the questionnaire was validated by experts, advisors and consultants. The reliability of the questionnaire based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, was estimated as 0.91. For the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical methods (univariate t, independent t and ANOVA) were used. The findings of the research showed that from the viewpoint of the trainees in courses held by Centers of Technical And Profession Education of The Abdanan City based on Creek Patrick Model has been effective. The results also showed that these trainings at three levels had the desired effectivness: reaction, learning, behavior. Based On side findings of the research, the results of dependent t-test showed that between effectiveness of Held training courses by gender and employment status, there were no significant differences in employment, but there were no significant differences depending on the type of job. Results of Analysis of variance also showed that between attitudes of subjects about evaluation of training courses on the basis of Creek Patrick Model, there were no significant differences in terms of age and work experience . However, there were significant differences in terms of training group and education degree.

The main purpose of implementation current inquiry, was to identified the obstacles of Quantity and Quality development Smart Schools in the high schools city of Dezful from viewpoint managers and teachers. for achieving this purpose, was used mixed method research. first, So that information were collected, implementation semi-structured interviews with stakeholders of the study case using snowball sampling with theoretical saturation in qualitative Section. for data were collected used researcher made questionnaire in quantitative Section. the researcher made questionnaire was developed based on the interviews, the researchers has done with stakeholders. then, were distributed Researcher made Questionnaire between 196 participants who were selected by simple random sampling. were did organized results of qualitative section have analyzed by using qualitative content analysis method of comparative in the Pre-specified categories obstacles of Quantity development inclusive; infrastructural–educational inhibitors, equipmental-technical and economical-financial and obstacles of Quality development inclusive; cultural inhibitors, motivational and inhibitors relate to professional capabilities of teachers. results of shows in quantitative Section research, the had higher level importance and priority between the obstacles of Quantity development economical-financial inhibitors and between the obstacles of Quality development motivational inhibitors. also, in all cases, there were no differences significant between stakeholders views managers and teachers in relationship with being inhibitor identified the obstacles of Quantity and Quality development Smart Schools. It can be said, in the final conclusions, Smart School, requires more attention from the education authorities. because, of stakeholders viewpoint of the study case, more inhibitors identified in this study, to directly consequence of structural and administrativein weaknesses the education department.

بررسی آثار و پیامدهای حذف کنکور از دیدگاه اولیا و مربیان و دانش آموزان شهرستان ایذه
حبیب اللهی-یوسفعلی 1393The current inquiry with purpose had been performed survey of effects and consequences the removal national Universities entrance exam approved in the 1392 the views of educational staff and parents of students (secondary school) in the city of izeh. the typical research of descriptive – analytical and it was survey and research of methodology was mix method approach. the research of data were collection with used of both Quantitative method (Researcher made questionnaire) and Qualitative method (interview and group discussion). the statistical population consisted 947 educational personnel of secondary school and 3479 student of third and fourth grade secondary school (college preparatory) to was received the data of their parents. after 40 preliminary interview for making a questionnaire, data were collected of 140 educational staff and 132 parents of the students. the showed results of this current inquiry that were agreed around 75 percent of teachers and 64.4 percent of parents responding to the questionnaire and 62/5 percent interviewees with mixed admission (unequal share of school records and entrance test in the process of student admissions. also, average of attitude educational staff and parents of students in the consequences of the five components educational, social, cultural, economic and educational 3.12 and 3.23 respectively, which had been more the average. the lowest and highest were did average cultural component removal exam with 2.9 and training component with 3.4. While that no significant differences were observed between the views of an educational staff schools study case with parents of students in the examined components.

بررسی عملکرد اجرایی طرح 18 ماهه (ممتاز) سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای اصفهان
طاهری-مهران 1393<p>This study examine the performance of 18 months (top) Technical and Vocational Organization of Isfahan. So the utility scale consists of five 18-month scale project management, ability of educators, educational facilities, the educational standard of 18-month plan and evaluate the training and needs of the labor market from the perspective of trainers, teachers, administrators - experts and employers as well as the input and educational processes and outputs of the 18 months we have discussed. The method used in this research is mixed method based on interviews, analysis, documentation and implementation of a questionnaire. According to the initial interview with four groups made questionnaire that the grading of the scale and severity of the weakness and lack of options with respect. The items of each scale to assess the weaknesses of each pay scale. As a result, whatever the scale to 5 increase with more weak and poor, and whatever the scale to 1 reduced scale is desirable.<br /> The population of the study consisted of all students of 18 months, all the Teaching, managers and experts of all time to have the responsibility of all employers who have hired apprentices form 18-month plan. Sampling in the census and stratified random sampling quantitative and qualitative sector is purposive sampling. The results showed that: (a) the average degree of weakness and lack of scale management is 3/64 to 5 (poor), the ability of trainers 3/39 (undesirable), equipment and training facilities 3/47 (undesirable), the educational standard 3/38 (poor), training with market needs 3/87 (undesirable). Average response four to five scale degrees of weakness and lack of 3/54 to 5 is (poor) .(bent) ability, motivation, talent and interest of plan input are not appropriate with the goals, educational standard and educational content of the plans branches. (c) educational procedure couldn’t educate verified plans vocational in each branch of the plan completely and with quality to the trainers. The Outputs of the trainers apprentices, training programs to the needs of industry and the labor market from the perspective of the four groups do not have a match.<br /> </p>

سمیه باقرپور 1392This study aimed to evaluate internal and external efficiency of private technical and vocational training institutes of Ahvaz city in 1392. In this evaluation with combining patters of evaluation, a simple pattern proportionate to evaluation task of private technical and vocational training institutes was designed. Method of this study was both qualitative and quantitative (mixed method). The population of the study consists of both all private technical and vocational training institutes of Ahvaz city with at least 2 years of continuous activity and trainees of these institutes. The sample of the study consists of 2o private institutions supervised by Iran technical and vocational training that were selected and evaluated purposely. In this study instruments such as document analysis, attitude measurement questionnaire, interview and observation checklist were used. Reliability of the questionnaire was 0/93 and data analysis was carried out both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the questionnaire showed that trainees in these courses were pleased with trainers, curriculum, management, educational atmosphere and facilities. Also, findings of interview with managers and trainees as well as observation findings indicated low external and internal efficiency of private technical and vocational institutes.
