محمد عنایتی راد 1396Abstract :Our goal of this study is considering the tendency of private career and technical education towards the learning organization. We are consisting the statistical population of managers in private career and technical education in Ahvaz, which we are selecting 274 of them from Cochran formula. In order to collect information, we are using Nief and et al. (1990) questionnaire. The Cronbach's alpha is using to assess the validity of experts' opinions and determine the reliability. However, we are using the single sample, t-test and Friedman test to analyze the information. The analysis of the results is showing that all components of the learning organization (personal skills, mental models, common sense, team learning and system attitude) have a significant effect on learning. In addition, according to the correlation matrix, the most important components are mental models, team learning, common goals, system attitudes and individual skills.

شناسایی الگوی مصرف در کتاب های درسی دوره دبستان نظام آموزش وپرورش ایران
شهلا داودی زیلابی 1395The aim of current research is to identify the model of consumption in textbooks at elementary level in Education and Training system of Iran. In the first part of this research, with analytical approach and library usage the basics of the model of consumption and also the role of education and educational content especially textbooks in representing the model of consumption were analyzed. In the following steps of this research with the approach of quantitative analysis of content, the content of the textbooks "social studies", Heaven's gifts", and "sciences" at elementary level of Iran's educational system which were tought in the year 1394-1395 and were altogether 15 books, were analyzed. The approach of the analysis of data in the quantitative analysis of this research is descriptive statistics, and the example unit consists of any kind of words, sentences, paragraphs, or any messages that are related to the consumption model and are analyzed in the mentioned books. The results of the analysis of content showed that: against few previous researches, the components of the components model have been considered to a notable rate. Yet, the unbalanced consideration of components, dimensions, and categories of the consideration model was observed. The rate of consideration for different components was variant for different levels.The same was seen in the "sciences" textbooks, and regardless of being unbalanced and unconcordant in handling the categories, it was almost acceptabie. But abowt "Heaven's Gifts" the expectation ws mor. In analyzing the content of the mentioned books, among the 830 componfnts related to consumption model, water consumption with the frequency of 156(18/79) had the second rank, Energy consumption with the frequency 67(8/07) had the fifth rank, the consumption of bread and butter with the frequency of 98(11/80) had the second rank. The main goal of this research, arranged by importance, was the survey of the consumption model of water, energy, bread, and other components of the consumption model. About the other components of the consumption model, it showld also be noted that the consumption of natural resources and environment with the frequency of 207 (24/93) has the firdt rank among all components, and the responsible behavior whiie consuming with the frequency of 12(1/44), the consumption of inland productions with the frequency of 10(1/25) and the consumption of stationery and care about the quality of the commodity with the frequency of 7 (./84) had the least importance.so it is necessary to have a revision in the contents of the books especially "Heaven's Gifts" regarding all the dimensions and components of the consumption model.

بررسی رابطه بین سطوح کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با توانمندسازی دبیران متوسطه شهرستان باوی
حسن الهایی 1395The aim of this study was to Investigate the relationships between stages of ICT application and empowerment of high school teacher in the city of Bavi. The research method was descriptive and correlational. Study population included all high school teachers in volume 340 is Bawi city through stratified random sampling using Cochran formula, 181 persons were selected. To collect data from two "Inventory levels of information technology and communications" (Griffin and Christensen) and "empowerment" (Spreitzer) was used. Data using Spearman correlation test, Spearman correlation coefficient test and one-dimensional. The findings of this study there is a significant positive relationship between the use of ICT levels and teachers empower impowerment teachers in four factors including cognitive sense of competence, autonomy, effectiveness and there is a significant positive relationship. The results also showed that high school teachers of Bawi city in terms of the use of ICT in teaching are lower than desirable situation , As well as between high school teachers view ICT applications in terms of levels of service and quality educational courses based on demographic variables spent a significant difference, But there was no significant difference in the number training courses; Between empowerment in terms of (gender and the quality of training courses) there was a significant difference But in terms of service and the number of training courses were not significant.
